Madero, Tamaulipas.- Es necesario que se haga una supervisi\u00f3n permanente de las estructuras de los edificios que hay en la zona centro Madero, para evitar tragedias como la ocurrida en Tampico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La regidora Sandra Patricia Cruz Moreno, presidenta de la comisi\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n civil, dijo que se tiene una instrucci\u00f3n por parte del alcalde para que dicha acci\u00f3n. Sea de forma permanente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mencion\u00f3 que se realiza siempre el llamado a los propietarios de los inmuebles que se encuentran en malas condiciones para que los reparen, pero lament\u00f3 que en la mayor\u00eda de las ocasiones se haga omisi\u00f3n a este llamado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Expuso que es probable que se requiera aplicar sanciones o tener acciones m\u00e1s en\u00e9rgicas, algo que se debe analizar, pues se debe respetar la ley.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cruz Moreno, no descart\u00f3 que en el futuro se pudiera legislar para que exista un reglamento que impida se construyan marquesinas en los edificios, tal como se presenta en otros estados de la rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
