{"id":9736,"date":"2020-08-26T15:23:02","date_gmt":"2020-08-26T21:23:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=9736"},"modified":"2020-08-26T15:23:02","modified_gmt":"2020-08-26T21:23:02","slug":"duenos-de-edificios-deben-brindar-mantenimiento-a-sus-inmuebles-chucho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2020\/08\/26\/duenos-de-edificios-deben-brindar-mantenimiento-a-sus-inmuebles-chucho\/","title":{"rendered":"DUE\u00d1OS DE EDIFICIOS DEBEN BRINDAR MANTENIMIENTO A SUS INMUEBLES: CHUCHO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Presidente Municipal de Tampico Jes\u00fas Nader Nasrallah pide el apoyo de comercio formal, para brindar mantenimiento de sus inmuebles y sobre todo no saturar de peso marquesinas con otras estructuras como anuncios publicitarios, tanques estacionarios y sistemas de aire acondicionado, lo que provoca excesiva carga en estas lozas de concreto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La autoridad municipal reconoci\u00f3 que en el primer y segundo cuadro de la ciudad, entre un 80 y 90% de los comercios tienen marquesinas que son ocupadas para otras acciones fuera del reglamento de protecci\u00f3n civil, ante ello dijo, ya existe un dialogo para que los propietarios o encargados del funcionamiento de los locales, brinden las tareas de restauraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nader Nasrallah, dijo que tan solo en el inmueble donde se suscit\u00f3 el lamentable hecho, de la joven que perdiera la vida por el desplome de la marquesina, es una edificaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o de 1948 con un antecedente de restauraci\u00f3n en el a\u00f1o del 2008, pero con observaci\u00f3n por parte de personal de protecci\u00f3n civil en el 2012 para nuevo mantenimiento de la marquesina, la cual durante el mediod\u00eda de este martes se desplom\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed mismo la autoridad municipal reconoci\u00f3 que el due\u00f1o del inmueble ubicado sobre la calle Carranza y Ju\u00e1rez en el centro de Tampico, lugar del incidente, ser\u00e1 acreedor a una sanci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica por incumplimiento de medidas se\u00f1aladas por protecci\u00f3n civil.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Presidente Municipal de Tampico Jes\u00fas Nader Nasrallah pide el apoyo de comercio formal, para brindar mantenimiento de sus inmuebles&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-9736","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-tampico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
