{"id":9039,"date":"2020-08-05T17:45:46","date_gmt":"2020-08-05T23:45:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=9039"},"modified":"2020-08-05T17:45:46","modified_gmt":"2020-08-05T23:45:46","slug":"ciudad-madero-da-certidumbre-con-tabla-de-valores-catastrales-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2020\/08\/05\/ciudad-madero-da-certidumbre-con-tabla-de-valores-catastrales-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"CIUDAD MADERO DA CERTIDUMBRE CON TABLA DE VALORES CATASTRALES 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A favor del bienestar econ\u00f3mico de la ciudadan\u00eda, la Junta Municipal de Catastro de Ciudad Madero ratific\u00f3 la propuesta del alcalde Adri\u00e1n Oseguera Kernion de mantener la tabla de valores catastrales del ejercicio 2020, de tal forma que no sufrir\u00e1n modificaciones el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En su intervenci\u00f3n, el tesorero municipal Carlo Alberto Gonz\u00e1lez Portes, expuso que \u201cen mi calidad de vicepresidente de la junta les informo que debido a la situaci\u00f3n conocida por todos a nivel nacional y mundial, la afectaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que ha ocasionado la pandemia, y para no lacerar la econom\u00eda de los maderenses, la propuesta del alcalde Adri\u00e1n Oseguera Kernion es ratificar los valores del a\u00f1o 2020 para el 2021\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior tuvo lugar durante la sesi\u00f3n efectuada en el Auditorio Municipal, en la que estuvieron presentes el secretario del Ayuntamiento, Juan Antonio Ortega Ju\u00e1rez; los s\u00edndicos Mar\u00eda Candelaria Chaires Moreno y Salvador Mu\u00f1oz Contreras, as\u00ed como los directores de Catastro e Ingresos, Mauricio Garc\u00eda Fern\u00e1ndez y Claudia Mendia Caballero, respectivamente, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dicha propuesta fue aprobada tambi\u00e9n por los representantes de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Ciudad Madero, C\u00e1mara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n, C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de la Transformaci\u00f3n, Consejo Empresarial de Ciudad Madero, Colegio de Valuadores, Colegio de Arquitectos del Sur de Tamaulipas y Colegio de Notarios de Tampico, Madero y Altamira, A.C.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta de mantener los valores catastrales del 2020 para el 2021 ser\u00e1 presentada ante los integrantes del Cabildo para su aprobaci\u00f3n y posteriormente se enviar\u00e1 al Congreso del Estado de Tamaulipas antes del 10 de septiembre de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A favor del bienestar econ\u00f3mico de la ciudadan\u00eda, la Junta Municipal de Catastro de Ciudad Madero ratific\u00f3 la propuesta del&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-9039","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-madero"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
