{"id":6306,"date":"2020-05-18T19:14:43","date_gmt":"2020-05-19T01:14:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=6306"},"modified":"2020-05-18T19:14:43","modified_gmt":"2020-05-19T01:14:43","slug":"aprueban-cien-por-ciento-de-descuento-en-el-pago-de-recargos-del-impuesto-predial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2020\/05\/18\/aprueban-cien-por-ciento-de-descuento-en-el-pago-de-recargos-del-impuesto-predial\/","title":{"rendered":"APRUEBAN CIEN POR CIENTO DE DESCUENTO EN EL PAGO DE RECARGOS DEL IMPUESTO PREDIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con la finalidad de respaldar la econom\u00eda de las familias tampique\u00f1as, el Cabildo de Tampico aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad la aplicaci\u00f3n del 100 por ciento de descuento en el pago de recargos y gastos de ejecuci\u00f3n del impuesto predial en condici\u00f3n de rezago.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al encabezar, este lunes, la quincuag\u00e9sima cuarta sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de Cabildo, el Presidente Municipal Chucho Nader propuso a S\u00edndicos y Regidores otorgar el citado descuento a los ciudadanos que se encuentren atrasados en el pago de esta contribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que la contingencia sanitaria ha generado una disminuci\u00f3n en el ingreso de miles de familias en el municipio, por lo que brindar este tipo de facilidades, es una responsabilidad social de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Anunci\u00f3 que la medida aprobada, entrar\u00e1 en vigor a partir de este lunes 18 de mayo y tendr\u00e1 vigencia hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 30 de junio; y destac\u00f3 que el descuento aplica para todos los contribuyentes que presenten rezago en el pago del impuesto predial del presente ejercicio fiscal y de a\u00f1os anteriores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Chucho Nader record\u00f3 que desde el inicio de la contingencia, el Ayuntamiento porte\u00f1o ha implementado una serie de medidas de apoyo a la ciudadan\u00eda, como la ampliaci\u00f3n de descuentos en el pago del impuesto predial, la suspensi\u00f3n temporal en el pago de parqu\u00edmetros, y la exenci\u00f3n del pago de permisos para la carga y descarga, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1 llevando a cabo acciones que contribuyan al bienestar de las familias tampique\u00f1as.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
