Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas.- Trabajadores del Hospital General Regional del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) denunciaron deficiencias en el nosocomio, entre ellas la falta de personal, medicamentos, camas e insumos m\u00e9dicos, problem\u00e1tica que, aseguran, se ha agravado durante los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os debido al crecimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n que requiere atenci\u00f3n en el sur de Tamaulipas, el sur de San Luis Potos\u00ed y el norte de Veracruz.<\/p>\n

Gabriela Rivera Perea, enfermera especialista del \u00e1rea de terapia intensiva, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las carencias incrementan la carga laboral del personal m\u00e9dico y de enfermer\u00eda, adem\u00e1s de afectar a los derechohabientes, quienes enfrentan retrasos en cirug\u00edas y largas filas en farmacia, con tiempos de espera de hasta dos o tres horas. Afirm\u00f3 que, en ocasiones, las enfermeras deben llevar sus propios materiales para brindar atenci\u00f3n, mientras que tambi\u00e9n se reporta la falta de camillas, man\u00f3metros y term\u00f3metros.<\/p>\n

\nLa trabajadora manifest\u00f3 que otra de las inconformidades del personal es el incremento salarial del 2.9 por ciento sobre el salario tabular, resultado de la revisi\u00f3n contractual, al considerar que el ajuste es insuficiente frente a las necesidades de los empleados. Explic\u00f3 que, aunque inicialmente se anunci\u00f3 un porcentaje mayor, parte de los recursos corresponde al r\u00e9gimen de jubilaciones y pensiones, por lo que no representa un beneficio salarial directo para los trabajadores activos.<\/p>\n

Ante este panorama, Rivera Perea pidi\u00f3 que se revise nuevamente el esquema de jubilaciones y pensiones, particularmente para los empleados contratados a partir de 2005, a fin de que puedan acceder a condiciones de retiro similares a las de generaciones anteriores. Asimismo, expres\u00f3 su expectativa de que la presidenta de M\u00e9xico, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, cumpla su compromiso de revisar las condiciones de los hospitales y atienda tanto las deficiencias en los servicios m\u00e9dicos como las demandas laborales del personal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
