{"id":575,"date":"2019-11-07T06:46:16","date_gmt":"2019-11-07T12:46:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=575"},"modified":"2019-11-07T06:46:16","modified_gmt":"2019-11-07T12:46:16","slug":"aguinaldo-debera-pagarse-antes-del-15-de-noviembre-shcp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2019\/11\/07\/aguinaldo-debera-pagarse-antes-del-15-de-noviembre-shcp\/","title":{"rendered":"AGUINALDO DEBER\u00c1 PAGARSE ANTES DEL 15 DE NOVIEMBRE: SHCP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>*En Pr\u00f3ximos D\u00edas Se Comunicar\u00e1 El Monto Por Concepto De Vales De Despensa De Fin De A\u00f1o Que Recibir\u00e1n Los Trabajadores Basificados.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico (SHCP) dar\u00e1 a los servidores p\u00fablicos de confianza y de base de la Federaci\u00f3n de Sindicatos de Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado (FSTSE) un aguinaldo equivalente a 40 d\u00edas de salario, de acuerdo al Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (DOF).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Te recomendamos: \u00bfHabr\u00e1 megapuente por el aniversario de la Revoluci\u00f3n Mexicana?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la edici\u00f3n del DOF del 6 de noviembre del 2019 se puntualiza que se deber\u00e1 pagar un 50% antes del 15 de diciembre y el otro 50% a m\u00e1s tardar el 15 de enero.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con el fin de que los bur\u00f3cratas puedan aprovechar su gratificaci\u00f3n durante el Buen Fin, Hacienda autoriz\u00f3 que el aguinaldo pueda pagarse a partir del 13 de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La FSTSE fijar\u00e1 en pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas el monto por concepto de vales de despensa de fin de a\u00f1o que recibir\u00e1n los trabajadores de base.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-577 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/SERVPU-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"759\" height=\"506\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cabe aclarar que los beneficiarios de esta medida ser\u00e1n aquellos quienes su relaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de trabajo se regula por la Ley Federal de los Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado, es decir, la mayor\u00eda de trabajadores que son de basificados y sindicalizados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, se otorgar\u00e1 aguinaldo a personal civil de confianza, personal del Servicio Exterior Mexicano y asimilado a \u00e9ste, personal militar en activo, y por supuesto, a personas f\u00edsicas que prestan sus servicios mediante contrato de honorarios en las dependencias y entidades de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Federal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El pago del aguinaldo o gratificaci\u00f3n de fin de a\u00f1o deber\u00e1 efectuarse en los t\u00e9rminos del art\u00edculo 42 Bis de la Ley Federal de los Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado, mismo que deber\u00e1 entregarse directamente a los interesados en la misma forma e igual conducto por el que se les cubren sus percepciones ordinarias.
