{"id":57420,"date":"2026-03-12T08:21:37","date_gmt":"2026-03-12T14:21:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=57420"},"modified":"2026-03-12T08:21:37","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T14:21:37","slug":"profeco-descarta-multas-por-vender-tortillas-en-hieleras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2026\/03\/12\/profeco-descarta-multas-por-vender-tortillas-en-hieleras\/","title":{"rendered":"Profeco Descarta Multas Por Vender Tortillas En Hieleras."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tampico, Tamps.- La Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (Profeco) aclar\u00f3 que no existen ni est\u00e1n contempladas multas de hasta cuatro millones de pesos para establecimientos que vendan tortillas en hieleras, ni en Tamaulipas ni en el resto del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, la dependencia federal precis\u00f3 que no cuenta con facultades para sancionar a proveedores por temas relacionados con sanidad, higiene o manejo de alimentos, por lo que descart\u00f3 cualquier tipo de castigo econ\u00f3mico vinculado con la forma en que se transportan o comercializan las tortillas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La aclaraci\u00f3n surge luego de que circulara informaci\u00f3n err\u00f3nea en la que se se\u00f1alaba que podr\u00edan aplicarse sanciones de hasta 4 millones de pesos a negocios que vendieran tortillas en hieleras o que las trasladaran en motocicletas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Profeco explic\u00f3 que su labor en este sector se limita a vigilar las pr\u00e1cticas comerciales.
