Madero, Tamaulipas.- 110 concesionarios de la zona de Playa Miramar enfrentan un adeudo de aproximadamente 30 millones de pesos con el ayuntamiento de Madero, correspondiente a uno, dos o m\u00e1s a\u00f1os de adeudo en el pago de concesiones, por lo que la administraci\u00f3n municipal ha iniciado un programa de cobranza que podr\u00eda concluir con la cancelaci\u00f3n de sus permisos por parte de la autoridad federal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El alcalde Erasmo Gonz\u00e1lez dijo que el tramo concesionado de Playa Miramar ha sido dividido en tres sectores para identificar los niveles de adeudo: zona norte (l\u00edmite con Altamira a Tildillos), zona centro (Tildillos a Plaza Gobernadores) y zona sur (Plaza Gobernadores a\u00a0 escollera).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que los concesionarios han sido clasificados con un sistema de sem\u00e1foro: verde, para quienes est\u00e1n al corriente en sus pagos; amarillo, para quienes presentan adeudo solo del a\u00f1o 2025; y rojo, para los que tienen deudas de dos a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mencion\u00f3 que este \u00faltimo grupo, es el que corre mayor riesgo de perder su concesi\u00f3n si no regulariza su situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste programa no busca afectar, sino poner orden. La responsabilidad de cobro es del municipio, pero es la Semarnat quien puede determinar sanciones administrativas si se reportan incumplimientos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Exhort\u00f3 a los concesionarios, entre los que se encuentran palaperos, prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos y comerciantes, a acercarse a saldar sus adeudos a la brevedad, ya que no habr\u00e1 m\u00e1s pr\u00f3rrogas para cumplir con esta obligaci\u00f3n fiscal y en caso de continuar as\u00ed, corren el riesgo que la autoridad federal, en este caso la Semarnat, pueda cancelarles la concesi\u00f3n que tienen<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
