Madero, Tamaulipas.- El Congreso de Tamaulipas aprob\u00f3 una reforma que busca garantizar derechos fundamentales a las personas que viven en concubinato, otorg\u00e1ndoles acceso a servicios de salud, pensi\u00f3n y el derecho a una pensi\u00f3n alimenticia en caso de separaci\u00f3n si carecen de medios para subsistir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La diputada local Cinthya Jaime Castillo, dijo que la iniciativa, promovida por la legisladora Lucero Mart\u00ednez L\u00f3pez, modifica el art\u00edculo 280 y adiciona el art\u00edculo 280 Bis del C\u00f3digo Civil del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Expuso que con estos cambios, se establece que quienes hayan convivido en concubinato por al menos dos a\u00f1os, o menos si hubo descendencia, tendr\u00e1n derecho a recibir pensi\u00f3n alimenticia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que en caso de la disoluci\u00f3n de la relaci\u00f3n, la persona que no cuente con ingresos suficientes podr\u00e1 solicitar una pensi\u00f3n alimenticia por un per\u00edodo igual al tiempo que dur\u00f3 la convivencia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n final quedar\u00e1 en manos de un juez de lo familiar, quien determinar\u00e1 el monto, las condiciones y la duraci\u00f3n de la pensi\u00f3n, priorizando la subsistencia y el bienestar de la persona solicitante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El dictamen tambi\u00e9n especifica que no podr\u00e1 reclamar alimentos quien haya demostrado ingratitud, conforme al art\u00edculo 1694 del C\u00f3digo Civil, pero se dej\u00f3 en claro que la pensi\u00f3n no podr\u00e1 ser negada por estereotipos de g\u00e9nero o por la condici\u00f3n de que la pareja no haya estado libre de matrimonio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
