{"id":54454,"date":"2025-03-03T08:59:48","date_gmt":"2025-03-03T14:59:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=54454"},"modified":"2025-03-03T08:59:48","modified_gmt":"2025-03-03T14:59:48","slug":"necesario-ordenamiento-para-motos-en-tamaulipas-esencial-evitar-accidentes-schekaiban","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2025\/03\/03\/necesario-ordenamiento-para-motos-en-tamaulipas-esencial-evitar-accidentes-schekaiban\/","title":{"rendered":"NECESARIO ORDENAMIENTO PARA MOTOS EN TAMAULIPAS; ESENCIAL EVITAR ACCIDENTES: SCHEKAIBAN"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*El Orden Debe Ser Integral Para Beneficio De Los Mismos Conductores Y La Poblaci\u00f3n En General<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El diputado local por Tampico, Jos\u00e9 Schekaib\u00e1n Ongay busca que la iniciativa &#8220;motocicletas&#8221; con la que pretende lograr un ordenamiento integral sea una ley, y para ello estar\u00e1 pasando por comisiones en la pr\u00f3xima semana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3, que la iniciativa propone que todas las motocicletas que circulan por calles y avenidas de Tamaulipas tengan, entre otras cosas, sus papeles en regla, que est\u00e9n inscritas en el registro vehicular, que el motociclista lleve puesto su equipo de protecci\u00f3n y que tr\u00e1nsite por un carril como un veh\u00edculo normal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que adem\u00e1s de salvar vidas y prevenir accidentes, la iniciativa busca que en esta clase de veh\u00edculos no se cometan atracos o robos como en otros municipios.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Schekaib\u00e1n, manifest\u00f3 que en otros estados las motocicletas cuentan con todo un ordenamiento, por lo que al no cumplir alg\u00fan requisito son motivo de infracciones hasta la confiscaci\u00f3n del bien inmueble.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El legislador porte\u00f1o del PAN, extern\u00f3 que la propuesta de ley pasar\u00e1 por comisiones la pr\u00f3xima semana, y se espera que una vez avalada sea propuesta desde la tribuna para su votaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Necesitamos un orden en la circulaci\u00f3n de las motocicletas en la entidad.
