{"id":54339,"date":"2025-02-23T16:20:34","date_gmt":"2025-02-23T22:20:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=54339"},"modified":"2025-02-23T16:20:34","modified_gmt":"2025-02-23T22:20:34","slug":"paciente-de-la-zona-sur-denuncia-a-ale-saade-por-dano-irreversible-a-su-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2025\/02\/23\/paciente-de-la-zona-sur-denuncia-a-ale-saade-por-dano-irreversible-a-su-salud\/","title":{"rendered":"PACIENTE DE LA ZONA SUR DENUNCIA A ALE SAADE POR DA\u00d1O IRREVERSIBLE A SU SALUD"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*El M\u00e9dico Cirujano Pl\u00e1stico Oper\u00f3 Mal A Una Paciente Que Exige Una Indemnizaci\u00f3n Que Frisa Los 35 Mdp<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por da\u00f1o irreversible ocasionado por una cirug\u00eda pl\u00e1stica mal practicada en el 2012 que a la fecha la mantiene mal de salud, la ciudadana Nancy Ju\u00e1rez Salas, exigi\u00f3 al Fiscal General de Justicia de Tamaulipas Irving Barrios interceda en el proceso penal y civil que inici\u00f3 en contra del conocido m\u00e9dico de la regi\u00f3n Ale Saade, qui\u00e9n ha evadido la justicia a trav\u00e9s de un fallo judicial otorgado a su favor por parte del agente del ministerio p\u00fablico Leocadio Rivera Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La persona da\u00f1ada por el medico, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que hace poco m\u00e1s de 11 a\u00f1os decidi\u00f3 practicarse una operaci\u00f3n para aumentar la pantorrilla y para ello contrat\u00f3 los servicios de Saade qui\u00e9n le ocasion\u00f3 el denominado &#8220;pie de equino&#8221;adem\u00e1s de da\u00f1os en cadera, espalda y deterioro en rodillas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Acompa\u00f1ada de su abogado, la ciudadana expres\u00f3 que en el 2022 interpuso dos denuncias,por la via penal y civil, para exigir que se castigue al m\u00e9dico cirujano, pues en todo este tiempo se ha negado a reparar el da\u00f1o, ya que el agente del ministerio p\u00fablico antes mencionado decidi\u00f3 fallar a favor argumentando que no hab\u00eda delito que perseguir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ju\u00e1rez, manifest\u00f3 que en todos estos a\u00f1os ha tratado de recomponer su salud y para ello se ha realizado una serie de estudios y terapias m\u00e9dicas que han costado mucho dinero<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El abogado, Luis Flores Garc\u00eda, extern\u00f3 que se interpuso la querella en el 2022 ante Rivera qui\u00e9n decret\u00f3 el no ejercicio de la acci\u00f3n penal, motivo por el cual decidieron acudir al PJF, pues un juez de control revis\u00f3 el caso argumentando que s\u00ed hab\u00eda delito que perseguir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Le orden\u00f3 al MP que integrara la carpeta, y hasta ahora Leocadio Rivera Gonz\u00e1lez no ha querido, por lo que el caso se mantiene congelado en la Fiscal\u00eda&#8221;, dijo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nancy Ju\u00e1rez y su abogado pidieron al Fiscal General de Justicia de Tamaulipas, Irving Barrios interceda ya que a todas luces, se\u00f1alaron, existe una anomal\u00eda en el caso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La persona da\u00f1ada en su salud manifest\u00f3 que la operaci\u00f3n le cost\u00f3 200 mil pesos y en todos estos a\u00f1os ha gastado una cantidad importante en terapias que en nada le han servido para mejorar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pedimos la reparaci\u00f3n integral del da\u00f1o, o que el responsable vaya a la c\u00e1rcel y se le suspenda su c\u00e9dula profesional&#8221;, reiteraron<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El monto total del da\u00f1o o perjuicio de la mala decisi\u00f3n del m\u00e9dico cirujano Ale Saade hacia Ju\u00e1rez Salas frisa los 35 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1alaron que de no surtir efecto el llamado hacia Irving Barrios, no tendr\u00e1n otro remedio que solicitar una audiencia con el Gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya, para que escuche el mencionado caso y tome una decisi\u00f3n al respecto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*El M\u00e9dico Cirujano Pl\u00e1stico Oper\u00f3 Mal A Una Paciente Que Exige Una Indemnizaci\u00f3n Que Frisa Los 35 Mdp &nbsp;
