{"id":54137,"date":"2025-02-05T14:53:47","date_gmt":"2025-02-05T20:53:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=54137"},"modified":"2025-02-05T14:53:47","modified_gmt":"2025-02-05T20:53:47","slug":"vital-mejorar-centro-historico-y-sus-alrededores-comercio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2025\/02\/05\/vital-mejorar-centro-historico-y-sus-alrededores-comercio\/","title":{"rendered":"VITAL MEJORAR CENTRO HIST\u00d3RICO Y SUS ALREDEDORES: COMERCIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*El Primer Y Segundo Cuadro Necesita Ir Mejorando Su Infraestructura B\u00e1sica<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los comerciantes de la zona centro de Tampico esperan que mejore de manera paulatinamente la imagen del centro hist\u00f3rico, y para ello se requiere implementar un programa integral que abone al embellecimiento del coraz\u00f3n de la cuidad y zona tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, el Presidente de ARCIM, Pl\u00e1cido de Lerma \u00c1vila, expuso la necesidad de que la infraestructura b\u00e1sica del primer y segundo cuadro sea retomada, como el rescate de las banquetas, mejora en la iluminaci\u00f3n y otros rubros m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3, que otro aspecto no menos importante son los edificios hist\u00f3ricos que tambi\u00e9n requieren un rescate integral, y para ello es necesario reactivar el Fideicomiso del Centro Hist\u00f3rico(Ficehtam)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Expres\u00f3, que a medida de que la autoridad municipal invierta recursos a la transformaci\u00f3n del centro hist\u00f3rico, se reflejar\u00e1 en una mejor afluencia tur\u00edstica que a su vez provocar\u00e1 m\u00e1s derrama econ\u00f3mica<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De Lerma, dej\u00f3 claro que a la ARCIM le interesa que toda la zona centro logre un desarrollo en infraestructura en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, para beneficio del comercio y la llamada industria sin chimeneas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Subray\u00f3, que la mejora en la movilidad es otro de los aspectos importantes que se tendr\u00e1 que mejorar en los siguientes meses, pues a medida de que existan vialidades menos congestionadas mayor ser\u00e1 el inter\u00e9s por visitar la zona centro de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El representante de la Asociaci\u00f3n Regional de Comerciantes e Industriales del Sur de Tamaulipas, puntualiz\u00f3 que el proyecto de inyectarle m\u00e1s recursos al centro hist\u00f3rico con lo recaudado del estacionamiento subterr\u00e1neo, sin duda dar\u00e1 un mejor impulso al coraz\u00f3n de la ciudad en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Y de esta manera mejorar en los servicios primarios con esa reinversi\u00f3n de recursos que necesita esa parte importante de la ciudad&#8221;, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*El Primer Y Segundo Cuadro Necesita Ir Mejorando Su Infraestructura B\u00e1sica &nbsp;
