{"id":53735,"date":"2024-12-17T08:53:44","date_gmt":"2024-12-17T14:53:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=53735"},"modified":"2024-12-17T08:53:44","modified_gmt":"2024-12-17T14:53:44","slug":"buscan-orientar-a-empresas-para-evitar-problemas-de-tipo-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/12\/17\/buscan-orientar-a-empresas-para-evitar-problemas-de-tipo-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"BUSCAN ORIENTAR A EMPRESAS PARA EVITAR PROBLEMAS DE TIPO LABORAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*La Inspecci\u00f3n Y Detecci\u00f3n De Espacios En Empresas Es Preventivo, Antes De Que Lleguen Las Sanciones<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social del Gobierno del Estado est\u00e1 inspeccionado a todas las empresas no con el fin de &#8220;multar&#8221; sino m\u00e1s bien orientar y acompa\u00f1arlas para cuando tengan que enfrentar un problema de \u00edndole federal con sus trabajadores, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Abelardo Flores Mendoza<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Subsecretario de Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social de Tamaulipas, explic\u00f3 que en este a\u00f1o se realizaron 12 mil inspecciones a centros de trabajo donde se corrigieron puntos que podr\u00edan ser un factor ante un problema de \u00edndole laboral relacionados con el trabajador.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario estatal exhort\u00f3 a los empresarios a dejar que el personal de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo los Inspeccione &#8220;no con el fin de multarlos, sino mas bien para guiarlos y orientar para que despu\u00e9s no tengan que enfrentar un problema federal&#8221;, dijo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3, que en el 2022 la Secretar\u00eda solo llev\u00f3 a cabo 3500 inspecciones a centros de trabajo en la entidad, sin embargo para este 2024 el n\u00famero fue significativo al llegar a 12 mil inspecciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Con los mismos recursos y personal realizamos esta labor. Hemos concientizado a los empresarios de la necesidad de estar inspeccionados de manera peri\u00f3dica&#8221;, apunt\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Flores, recalc\u00f3 que la Secretar\u00eda de Trabajo no persigue a las empresas, empero s\u00ed busca &#8220;acompa\u00f1arlas&#8221; en el mundo laboral a fin de que siempre se encuentren en regla ante la instancia correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, dej\u00f3 claro que en el tema de capacitaci\u00f3n hacia el personal es una dependencia avalada y con todos los conocimientos, ya que al momento de certificar lo hacen de manera gratuita, incluso avalada ante empresas que participan en grandes proyectos en estos momentos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*La Inspecci\u00f3n Y Detecci\u00f3n De Espacios En Empresas Es Preventivo, Antes De Que Lleguen Las Sanciones &nbsp;
