Familiares de los pescadores desaparecidos en aguas del Golfo de M\u00e9xico, desde el pasado 4 de Noviembre, cuando realizaban labores de pesca a bordo del Roque Rojas 1, anunciaron en conferencia de prensa que habr\u00e1n de interponer una denuncia penal federal colectiva en contra de qui\u00e9n o quienes resulten responsables de la desaparici\u00f3n de los cinco pescadores.<\/p>\n

Al respecto, el abogado quien dijo representar a las familias de cuatro pescadores desaparecidos, Luis Jos\u00e9 Larraga Pi\u00f1ones, detall\u00f3 que est\u00e1 formulando la denuncia penal que recaer\u00eda en el capit\u00e1n de Puerto, el propietario del barco desaparecido y la agencia consignataria, ente que est\u00e1 como representante legal del Roque Rojas 1.<\/p>\n

Indic\u00f3, que a un mes de la desaparici\u00f3n de los 5 pescadores y el barco camaronero, la Semar y Capitan\u00eda de Puerto en Tampico, siguen sin dar a conocer la informaci\u00f3n de lo que sucedi\u00f3 en Altamar el pasado 4 de Noviembre, pues en cambio, dijo, se han detectado una serie de anomal\u00edas que hacen suponer que hubo irregularidades desde el momento en que fue despachado el barco para salir a navegar.<\/p>\n

“El permiso de salida del barco no fue firmado por la Capitan\u00eda, ni del capit\u00e1n del barco; la naviera fue quien sac\u00f3 el permiso con un registro patronal distinto, adem\u00e1s de que el barco ten\u00eda problemas de estabilidad”, dijo el abogado<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Extern\u00f3, en rueda de prensa junto a familiares de los desaparecidos, que la querella ser\u00e1 presentada en la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, por probable homicidio culposo, doloso, omisi\u00f3n en contra de servidores p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n

“Y en contra de qui\u00e9n resulte responsable. Pues siguen sin buscar a la embarcaci\u00f3n y sin dar informaci\u00f3n a los familiares”.<\/p>\n

Los familiares de los pescadores, se\u00f1alaron que est\u00e9 mi\u00e9rcoles la Semar cancel\u00f3 de \u00faltima hora el primer operativo de b\u00fasqueda en el punto donde presuntamente desapareci\u00f3 el nav\u00edo, sin que hasta el momento las dependencias hayan dicho cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 la nueva fecha de b\u00fasqueda en aguas del Golfo de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n
