Desde Julio pasado a la fecha 3 mil 500 millones de metros c\u00fabicos de agua dulce se han tenido que verter al mar debido a que la cota de 1 metro del Sistema Lagunario debe mantenerse, de lo contrario generar\u00eda inundaciones en varios sectores de los tres municipios, de ah\u00ed la necesidad de que se tenga una mejor infraestructura h\u00eddrica que permita lograr un almacenaje de hasta 1 mil millones de metros c\u00fabicos del vital l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo dio a conocer, el Secretario de Recursos Hidr\u00e1ulicos del Gobierno del Estado, Ra\u00fal Quiroga \u00c1lvarez, al se\u00f1alar que todo ese volumen de agua que dej\u00f3 el hurac\u00e1n “Alberto” y las lluvias que se han registrado en la parte alta de la Cuenca Golfo o Guayalejo-Tames\u00ed, se han tenido que desfogar al mar por la falta de mayor contenci\u00f3n del agua.<\/p>\n

“Pues al rebasar el metro en el nivel del sistema lagunario ya no se puede contener en el sistema de diques, es por ello que el excedente se va al mar, es decir en estos momentos tenemos las bolsas llenas y nos estamos dando el lujo de desperdiciar el agua”, apunt\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El funcionario del Gobierno del Estado, reiter\u00f3 que en tres meses m\u00e1s se habr\u00e1 de concluir el estudio de factibilidad para conocer la viabilidad del proyecto de la Cortina “El Moralillo” que servir\u00e1 para contener o almacenar m\u00e1s agua en la parte baja del sistema lagunario.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dijo, que una vez avalado dicho an\u00e1lisis, \u00e9ste se convertir\u00eda en proyecto ejecutivo el cual tendr\u00e1 un costo de 80 millones de pesos, pues las estimaciones apuntan a qu\u00e9 a fines del 2025 o inicios del 2026 se comenzar\u00e1 a construir la magna obra h\u00eddrica.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Abund\u00f3, que mientras se llegan dichos tiempos ya se tiene un protocolo de acci\u00f3n para saber qu\u00e9 y c\u00f3mo actuar en caso de volver a presentarse una crisis h\u00eddrica en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3, en estos \u00faltimos meses se han hecho labores de aumento de nivel en una secci\u00f3n del sistema lagunario, concretamente pegado al camalote donde se ha levantado un muro con costalera, y de esta manera darle hasta 1 metro 20 cent\u00edmetros de almacenamiento que permitir\u00eda dar de dos a tres meses agua en caso de volver a contar con una crisis por falta de lluvias.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, coment\u00f3 que afortunadamente el gobierno federal llevar\u00e1 a cabo un reordenamiento en el tema de concesiones por el uso del agua y ordenamiento de cuencas, y para ello habr\u00e1 modificaciones a la ley de aguas, pues es necesario, dijo, que la extracci\u00f3n de agua ya sea un delito.<\/p>\n

“Resulta incomprensible como en la parte sureste del pa\u00eds hay una disponibilidad del 70% del agua para un 30% de poblaci\u00f3n que hay; mientras que en la parte del centro y norte del pa\u00eds hay un 30% de disponibilidad del vital l\u00edquido para un universo poblacional del 70% , seg\u00fan la \u00faltima actualizaci\u00f3n de CNA” , acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
