{"id":53518,"date":"2024-11-15T18:29:16","date_gmt":"2024-11-16T00:29:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=53518"},"modified":"2024-11-15T18:29:16","modified_gmt":"2024-11-16T00:29:16","slug":"crece-disputa-entre-sindicatos-del-municipio-porteno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/11\/15\/crece-disputa-entre-sindicatos-del-municipio-porteno\/","title":{"rendered":"Crece Disputa entre Sindicatos del Municipio Porte\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">*<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><em>trabajadores del sindicato guinda se inconforman con la dirigente sindical del rojo por anomal\u00edas en dependencias como servicios p\u00fablicos<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La pugna entre los dos sindicatos que tienen como patr\u00f3n al municipio de Tampico a recobrado vigencia en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas en dependencias estrat\u00e9gicas. \u00c9ste viernes y para cerrar la semana laboral un grupo reducido de empleados de la unidad de transferencia llevaron a cabo una protesta pac\u00edfica afuera de las instalaciones que se ubican en la colonia Morelos.<\/p>\n<p>El motivo de dicha manifestaci\u00f3n es que un pu\u00f1ado de 15 trabajadores se quejan de la dirigente del SUETRA, Elizabeth Ju\u00e1rez Merinos qui\u00e9n mantiene un claro revanchismo sindical-laboral hacia ellos, no permiti\u00e9ndoles laborar desde el 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Los sindicalizados se\u00f1alaron estar cansados de la serie de arbitrariedades en qu\u00e9 cae la dirigente del sindicato rojo(Sindicato \u00danico de Empleados y Trabajadores del Rep\u00fablicano Ayuntamiento) en esa \u00e1rea estrat\u00e9gica del municipio, d\u00f3nde pr\u00e1cticamente est\u00e1 apoderado uno de los dos organismos sindicales al servicio del municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Ernesto Ibarra Colunga, quien dijo ser chofer operador, detall\u00f3 que desde el 2020 cinco trabajadores arrastran con un problema de tipo sindical y laboral, pues fueron culpados de un presunto robo de combustible que al final nunca ocurri\u00f3, luego de que fueran sometidos a una investigaci\u00f3n por parte de la contralor\u00eda municipal qui\u00e9n los absolvi\u00f3 de esa presunci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>El trabajador municipal dej\u00f3 claro que por mucho tiempo estuvo agremiado al SUETRA, sin embargo al ver la serie de situaciones an\u00f3malas que ah\u00ed pasan, dijo, decidi\u00f3 sumarse al SETRAT, el segundo sindicato que trabaja con toma de nota en el ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Jorge Escobar Cruz, qui\u00e9n dijo laborar en la Unidad de Transferencia, precis\u00f3 que son cerca de 15 trabajadores que est\u00e1n relegados de sus labores, ya que s\u00f3lo se presentan a su sitio de trabajo sin realizar actividad alguna.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;En el caso de nosotros nos sometieron a una investigaci\u00f3n de la cu\u00e1l salimos absueltos, ya que nada se nos comprob\u00f3. Ya queremos trabajar y devengar nuestro salario, adem\u00e1s de que no nos alcanza&#8221;, resalt\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>Los empleados ya adheridos al Sindicato de Empleados y Trabajadores del Rep\u00fablicano Ayuntamiento(SETRAT) dijeron estar cansados del hostigamiento a la que est\u00e1n sujetos por parte de Ju\u00e1rez Merinos y miembros del sindicato rojo, que est\u00e1n pr\u00e1cticamente apoderados del sitio de transferencia que se ubica en la colonia Morelos, y que sirve de antesala para llevar los residuos al relleno sanitario de Altamira.<\/p>\n<p>Los empleados del municipio dejaron claro que no buscan crear problemas en el \u00e1rea de servicios p\u00fablicos, ya que solo desean trabajar y ir logrando mejores percepciones, aunque tambi\u00e9n advirtieron que de no ser escuchados por la autoridad correspondiente habr\u00e1n de llevar a cabo un bloqueo al acceso a la Unidad de Transferencia, de d\u00f3nde salen a diario de 27 a 30 camiones rumbo al relleno sanitario.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
