{"id":53506,"date":"2024-11-15T08:55:25","date_gmt":"2024-11-15T14:55:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=53506"},"modified":"2024-11-15T08:55:25","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T14:55:25","slug":"municipios-conurbados-implementaran-operativo-de-acompanamiento-a-personas-que-manejen-alcoholizados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/11\/15\/municipios-conurbados-implementaran-operativo-de-acompanamiento-a-personas-que-manejen-alcoholizados\/","title":{"rendered":"MUNICIPIOS CONURBADOS IMPLEMENTAR\u00c1N OPERATIVO DE ACOMPA\u00d1AMIENTO A PERSONAS QU\u00c9 MANEJEN ALCOHOLIZADOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*El Operativo Comenzar\u00e1 En Unos D\u00edas M\u00e1s Y Hasta Que Culmine El 2024<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los tres municipios de la zona conurbada analizan establecer un operativo vial conurbado dirigido a los ciudadanos que sean detectados manejando en estado de ebriedad, y que b\u00e1sicamente consistir\u00e1 en qu\u00e9 un agente vial acompa\u00f1e al ciudadano hasta su domicilio sin que el veh\u00edculo sea llevado al corral\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sobre el tema, el Secretario General del Ayuntamiento, Carlos Alberto Garc\u00eda Porres, detall\u00f3 que en los mesones de las tres ciudades hay una gran cantidad de veh\u00edculos que actualmente est\u00e1n ah\u00ed depositados, pues sus due\u00f1os no pagaron las multas administrativas cu\u00e1ndo fueron detenidos al conducir la unidad en estado inconveniente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3, que para evitar m\u00e1s aglomeraci\u00f3n vehicular en los corralones de los tres municipios, los encargados de las dependencias viales han decidido establecer dicho operativo de acompa\u00f1amiento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Que consiste en qu\u00e9 todo aquel ciudadano que sea detectado manejando en estado de ebriedad no se le va a detener y los elementos de tr\u00e1nsito habr\u00e1n de acompa\u00f1arlo hasta su domicilio sin que sea detenido el veh\u00edculo&#8221;, resalt\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El abogado del municipio porte\u00f1o, enfatiz\u00f3 que est\u00e1 campa\u00f1a vial y de prevenci\u00f3n est\u00e1 por comenzar, y se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en toda la temporada decembrina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Los mesones est\u00e1n llenos de autom\u00f3viles que fueron detenidos, y que sus due\u00f1os prefirieron dejarlos ah\u00ed debido a que la multa administrativa es alta por conducir en estado de ebriedad&#8221;, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Garc\u00eda, dej\u00f3 claro que al momento de que una persona sea detectada conduciendo en estado et\u00edlico, un elemento de tr\u00e1nsito se encargar\u00e1 de llevar el veh\u00edculo al domicilio del infractor y con ello evitar un posible accidente de funestas consecuencias.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3, que los municipios analizan a\u00fan la posibilidad de que todo aquel conductor que caiga en esta irresponsabilidad pague la respectiva multa o destine una ayuda al elemento que lo acompa\u00f1\u00f3 con bien a su domicilio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Las multas por conducir en estado de ebriedad andan por los diez mil pesos, y muchas veces el due\u00f1o prefiere dejar el veh\u00edculo en el corral\u00f3n, pues la multa es m\u00e1s que el valor de la unidad&#8221;, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*El Operativo Comenzar\u00e1 En Unos D\u00edas M\u00e1s Y Hasta Que Culmine El 2024 &nbsp;
