{"id":53471,"date":"2024-11-13T22:51:12","date_gmt":"2024-11-14T04:51:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=53471"},"modified":"2024-11-13T22:51:12","modified_gmt":"2024-11-14T04:51:12","slug":"notifica-municipio-porteno-a-100-propietarios-de-edificios-viejos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/11\/13\/notifica-municipio-porteno-a-100-propietarios-de-edificios-viejos\/","title":{"rendered":"NOTIFICA MUNICIPIO PORTE\u00d1O A 100 PROPIETARIOS DE EDIFICIOS VIEJOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Exhorta Autoridad A Que Dichos Inmuebles No Representen Problema Para La Poblaci\u00f3n Y Automovilistas<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda General del Ayuntamiento de Tampico, dio a conocer que alrededor de 100 propietarios de edificios viejos ya fueron notificados por el municipio para que regularicen su situaci\u00f3n, para que sus propiedades dejen de ser un peligro latente ante la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Carlos Alberto Garc\u00eda Porres, encargado de esa dependencia porte\u00f1a, celebr\u00f3 que los due\u00f1os de los inmuebles que est\u00e1n situados en el primer y segundo cuadro se encuentren recapacitando de que son una amenaza para quienes caminan cerca.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apunt\u00f3, que el gobierno porte\u00f1o est\u00e1 brindando toda clase de facilidades a los propietarios para que lleven a cabo sus remodelaciones o en su defecto opten por su demolici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dijo, que en las primeras revisiones que han llevado a cabo las dependencias de obras p\u00fablicas, desarrollo urbano y protecci\u00f3n civil, se advierte que gran parte de esas construcciones vetustas est\u00e1n en el olvido &#8220;ya nadie vive en ellas, y se ha tenido que buscar a los propietarios en sus nuevos domicilios para notificarles del problema que arrastran sus propiedades&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Garc\u00eda, dej\u00f3 claro que el municipio de la cuarta transformaci\u00f3n lleva a cabo la primera fase del programa de soluci\u00f3n de esta situaci\u00f3n, que es la notificaci\u00f3n y exhorto antes de que se tornen en un severo problema que involucre a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Es preferible acercarse ahorita, antes de que haya sanciones econ\u00f3micas. Van dos due\u00f1os de inmuebles que se han acercado con el municipio y eso es bueno y una se\u00f1al de que buscan dar soluci\u00f3n a su problema&#8221;, resalt\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el caso del inmueble viejo que hace a\u00f1os oper\u00f3 como un hotel, en la zona de los mercados municipales, y que en los primeros d\u00edas del mes pasado una secci\u00f3n se vino abajo a causa del reblandecimiento por las lluvias, en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas ser\u00e1 reabierta a la circulaci\u00f3n vial la calle Pedro J M\u00e9ndez, y con ello resuelto esa problem\u00e1tica que por fortuna no involucr\u00f3 a ciudadanos y autom\u00f3viles que todos los d\u00edas circulan por ese sitio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Exhorta Autoridad A Que Dichos Inmuebles No Representen Problema Para La Poblaci\u00f3n Y Automovilistas &nbsp;
