La otrora Reforma de la Reducci\u00f3n a la Jornada Laboral de 48 a 40 horas y el denominado “aguinaldo digno”, de reactivarse en la c\u00e1mara de diputados y senadores, pegar\u00eda de manera brutal a las empresas y comercios de los denominados “Mypmes”, ya que es el sector que mas genera empleos formales y econom\u00eda en la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sobre el tema, el Presidente de Coparmex de la Zona Sur, Gonz\u00e1lo Trevi\u00f1o Rodr\u00edguez, manifest\u00f3 que la iniciativa para esta reforma laboral es otro de los aspectos que tambi\u00e9n preocupa a empresarios<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“No porqu\u00e9 no queramos beneficios para nuestros trabajadores, sino por la necesidad de mantener las fuentes de empleo, donde el sector que ser\u00eda mayormente perjudicado ser\u00eda las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas, y no tanto las de gran magnitud”, resalt\u00f3<\/p>\n

El representante del Centro Empresarial de la Regi\u00f3n, dej\u00f3 claro que el impacto negativo ser\u00eda menor en los grandes consorcios empresariales, de “reactivarse” el tema en la c\u00e1mara baja y alta.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Resalt\u00f3 que el 2025 ser\u00eda buen a\u00f1o para que el empresariado vuelva a abordar el tema con los legisladores federales “y de manera gradual” ya que en estos momentos a la iniciativa privada le preocupa los temas de crecimiento y endeudamiento que pudieran adquirir para lo que resta del a\u00f1o y en el primer trimestre del pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Trevi\u00f1o, subray\u00f3 que afortunadamente a los legisladores los mantiene entretenidos la Reforma Judicial y la supremac\u00eda constitucional que ello implica, adem\u00e1s de que est\u00e1n por abordar el an\u00e1lisis del Presupuesto Federal para el 2025.<\/p>\n

“El tema en estos momentos est\u00e1 pausado, no est\u00e1 en sus prioridades, pero seguramente volver\u00e1 a resurgir en el 2025, y debemos estar preparados para afrontarlo y organizar los presupuestos”, Acot\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Coment\u00f3, que en el pa\u00eds el 80% de los comercios y empresas son del rango “Mipymes” que sostienen gran parte de la econom\u00eda en el pa\u00eds y son altamente generadoras de empleo, y el 20% son los grandes empresarios, que muy probablemente no les afecte el tema del doble aguinaldo y la ajuste a la jornada laboral.<\/p>\n
