{"id":53317,"date":"2024-11-04T22:31:45","date_gmt":"2024-11-05T04:31:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=53317"},"modified":"2024-11-04T22:31:45","modified_gmt":"2024-11-05T04:31:45","slug":"abandonan-al-suetra-20-sindicalizados-por-desconfianza-a-su-dirigencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/11\/04\/abandonan-al-suetra-20-sindicalizados-por-desconfianza-a-su-dirigencia\/","title":{"rendered":"ABANDONAN AL SUETRA 20 SINDICALIZADOS POR DESCONFIANZA A SU DIRIGENCIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*El SETRAT Recibe A Dichos Trabajadores Cansados Por Mal Manejo De Sus Cuotas Sindicales<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Muchos trabajadores municipales de Tampico adheridos al SUETRA est\u00e1n buscando una segunda opci\u00f3n en el SETRAT, toda vez que ya se perdi\u00f3(afirman) la labor sindical y de apoyo que se ten\u00eda en dicho sindicato hacia la base, sentenci\u00f3, Cervando G\u00f3mez Balleza.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Secretario General del Sindicato de Empleados y Trabajadores del Rep\u00fablicano Ayuntamiento de Tampico(SETRAT) mencion\u00f3 que un promedio de 20 ex sindicalizados rojos(color del sindicato SUETRA) se han pasado a la organizaci\u00f3n sindical que preside, pues los trabajadores municipales afirman que la visi\u00f3n s\u00edndical se perdi\u00f3, adem\u00e1s del nulo apoyo que ofrecen a los bur\u00f3cratas que atraviesan por una situaci\u00f3n dif\u00edcil personal o familiar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3, que adem\u00e1s est\u00e1n dialogando con el oficial mayor del gobierno porte\u00f1o para ver la manera de homologar los salarios entre ambos sindicatos, ya que en el sindicato rojo sus agremiados tienen una percepci\u00f3n mayor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;En nuestro sindicato hay gente que gana menos, que del otro lado , cuando es la misma empresa(municipio) que haya una iguala salarial, pues es la misma jornada laboral, la misma categor\u00eda. La ley Federal del Trabajo, el C\u00f3digo Municipal y la misma Constitucion as\u00ed lo dice, igualdad para todos los trabajadores de este municipio&#8221;, explic\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f3mez, dej\u00f3 claro que los trabajadores sindicalizados, de los dos membretes, piden una mejor\u00eda en sus condiciones de trabajo, empero sobre todo, dijo, que sus cuotas sindicales est\u00e9n bien manejadas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Que se les otorgue el apoyo cuando lo necesitan, y que no exista monopolio, represi\u00f3n y sindicatos familiares&#8221;, subray\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Sindicato guinda o SETRAT tiene apenas algunos a\u00f1os que fue creado, con la autorizaci\u00f3n del toma de nota, pues actualmente tiene 351 agremiados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*El SETRAT Recibe A Dichos Trabajadores Cansados Por Mal Manejo De Sus Cuotas Sindicales &nbsp;
