dijo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3, que colonias como la Borreguera, Luis Donaldo Colosio y otras m\u00e1s, arrastran un rezago en escrituraci\u00f3n, de ah\u00ed que el Itavu mantiene una serie de programas para abatir esta problem\u00e1tica legal o jur\u00eddica<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fern\u00e1ndez, enfatiz\u00f3 que a su vez la dependencia mantiene programas como la venta de lotes a precios accesibles en municipios como Altamira, y para ello hay un esquema de ahorro antes de comenzar con el tr\u00e1mite formal para la adquisici\u00f3n del lote.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El representante de Itavu, manifest\u00f3 que todo los tr\u00e1mites legales en torno al suelo legal y regularizaci\u00f3n se hace en oficinas de la dependencia, pues record\u00f3 que la gesti\u00f3n con l\u00edderes de colonos ya est\u00e1 penado y va contra la ley.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Qui\u00e9n se atreva a lucrar con la necesidad de una persona que busque un predio para vivir, ser\u00e1 encarcelado con penas que van de 2 a 6 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como alentar las invasiones de predios&#8221;, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*El Problema Es Marcado En Los Tres Municipios Por Igual &nbsp;
