REVISI\u00d3N DE LA REFORMA ES IMPORTANTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Puede Haber Filtraci\u00f3n De Muchos Intereses Al Momento De Elegir De Manera Popular A Est\u00e1s Figuras De La Justicia<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Confederaci\u00f3n Patronal de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana(Coparmex) Sur dijo que era necesario que la SCJN pusiera un freno moment\u00e1neo al tema de la Reforma Judicial para ser revisada, pues a\u00fan no queda claro la manera en que el INE habr\u00e1 de realizar \u00e9ste ejercicio con todos los mexicanos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, el director general del Centro Empresarial de la Zona Sur, Pedro Granados Ram\u00edrez, expres\u00f3 que era muy justo que la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n realizara tal anuncio hace apenas unos d\u00edas, donde los magistrados anunciaron una revisi\u00f3n de la Reforma, luego de publicarse en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n y que la mayor\u00eda de las entidades la avalaran en sus respectivos congresos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3, que para la iniciativa privada a\u00fan no queda del todo claro la mec\u00e1nica de c\u00f3mo se habr\u00e1 de llevar a cabo la elecci\u00f3n, en el 2025, empero sobre todo, remarc\u00f3, sobre la posibilidad de que se pueda filtrar todo tipo de intereses al momento de elegir a los jueces y magistrados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Que no se vaya a caer en una d\u00e1diva pol\u00edtica, en alg\u00fan compromiso de partidos pol\u00edticos, de popularidad, qui\u00e9n le pueda inyectar m\u00e1s dinero para hacer ganar a determinado candidato o incluso que haya la filtraci\u00f3n de fuerzas oscuras o del crimen&#8221;, apunt\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Granados, detall\u00f3 la importancia de que los magistrados revisen de manera meticulosa la pertenencia y si un Poder puede reformar a otro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sin que se trastoque los conceptos constitucionales desde el constituyente, para que exista un verdadero equilibrio y revisi\u00f3n de poderes&#8221;, enfatiz\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El director general de Coparmex, dej\u00f3 claro la importancia de que no se le abra la puerta a ning\u00fan tipo de intereses durante el proceso electivo de los magistrados y jueces, ya que de ser as\u00ed, dijo, se tendr\u00eda una justicia sesgada, confusa, orientada, manipulada y promovida, que de ninguna manera conviene a los mexicanos ni mucho menos a la iniciativa privada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ser\u00eda una elecci\u00f3n muy suigeneris, hist\u00f3rica, y muy grande, y con la vital importancia de que no se empa\u00f1e la elecci\u00f3n&#8221;, resalt\u00f3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Puede Haber Filtraci\u00f3n De Muchos Intereses Al Momento De Elegir De Manera Popular A Est\u00e1s Figuras De La Justicia &nbsp;&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":52960,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-52959","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tampico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>A\u00daN NO QUEDA CLARO M\u00c9TODO DE ELECCI\u00d3N DE JUECES Y MAGISTRADOS;
