{"id":52769,"date":"2024-09-28T13:01:51","date_gmt":"2024-09-28T19:01:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=52769"},"modified":"2024-09-28T13:01:51","modified_gmt":"2024-09-28T19:01:51","slug":"impera-la-violencia-hacia-la-mujer-tamaulipeca-y-en-la-zona-sur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/09\/28\/impera-la-violencia-hacia-la-mujer-tamaulipeca-y-en-la-zona-sur\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPERA LA VIOLENCIA HACIA LA MUJER TAMAULIPECA Y EN LA ZONA SUR"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Hay Una Cantidad Importante De Denuncias En Las Agencias Del Misterio P\u00fablico<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tan solo en un trimestre de este 2024, es decir de Abril a Junio, las denuncias por violencia dom\u00e9stica en la Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Justicia(donde se vio involucrada la mujer o ama de casa) rebasaron los 500 expedientes, sin que hasta el momento se conozca cu\u00e1ntas de esas denuncias lograron una sentencia, se\u00f1al\u00f3 <strong>Nury Romero Santiago<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el marco del d\u00eda naranja(25 de cada mes) con el cu\u00e1l se busca hacer conciencia para detener el maltrato hacia el mal llamado sexo d\u00e9bil, la tambi\u00e9n activista social de la zona, dej\u00f3 claro que debido a la indiferencia, el tortuguismo y la falta de inter\u00e9s, para combatir la violencia femenina desde las instituciones, la gran parte de \u00e9ste sector poblacional no decide denunciar el acoso y maltrato, pues un porcentaje alto de las denuncias registradas en el sur duermen el sue\u00f1o de los justos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3, que en estos momentos en la regi\u00f3n se ha relajado la certeza jur\u00eddica y la seguridad hacia las mujeres, esto luego de que el mes pasado se registraran dos hechos lamentables donde perdieron la vida mujeres, y hace apenas unos d\u00edas se suscit\u00f3 un caso m\u00e1s, ahora en una estudiante menor de edad<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3, que desafortunadamente en la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado sigue habiendo un total desinter\u00e9s por velar los derechos y garant\u00edas de la mujer, y es por ello<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Que otro porcentaje alto de situaciones y hechos no se denuncian por qu\u00e9 la Fiscal\u00eda no hace nada. Al d\u00eda de hoy no conocemos cu\u00e1ntas carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n por violencia hacia la mujer se han judicializado o han adquirido sentencia&#8221;, coment\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Romero, puntualiz\u00f3 que aunado a ello hoy la justicia en Tamaulipas es sumamente cara, y para comenzar una denuncia o un proceso judicial se requiere mucho dinero &#8220;y muchas mujeres no tienen\u00a0 ni para el pasaje, mucho menos para andar en un juzgado o en uka agencia del ministerio p\u00fablico&#8221;, declar\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Presidenta de la Barra de Juristas con Perspectiva de G\u00e9nero, dijo que buscan seguir impulsando el autocuidado en la mujer, y que en todo momento se encuentre a la expectativa de su entorno, pues cuando se sienta en peligro no dude en solicitar ayuda r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Hay Una Cantidad Importante De Denuncias En Las Agencias Del Misterio P\u00fablico &nbsp;
