{"id":52549,"date":"2024-09-11T22:33:19","date_gmt":"2024-09-12T04:33:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=52549"},"modified":"2024-09-11T22:33:19","modified_gmt":"2024-09-12T04:33:19","slug":"burocracia-del-pjf-ira-al-congreso-del-estado-ya-no-hay-nada-quehacer-a-nivel-federal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/09\/11\/burocracia-del-pjf-ira-al-congreso-del-estado-ya-no-hay-nada-quehacer-a-nivel-federal\/","title":{"rendered":"BUROCRACIA DEL PJF IR\u00c1 AL CONGRESO DEL ESTADO; YA NO HAY NADA QUEHACER A NIVEL FEDERAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Los Trabajadores Cambian De Estrategia En El Tema De La Reforma Judicial<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Trabajadores del Poder Judicial de la zona sur habr\u00e1n de viajar a la capital del estado para tratar de lograr una entrevista con legisladores del Congreso del Estado, esto luego de que ayer fuera avalada la Reforma Judicial en el Senado, y que a partir de hoy\u00a0 estar\u00e1 en la cancha de los Congresos Locales para su eventual aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Es por ello que los trabajadores de base, en su mayor\u00eda, volvieron a salir a las calles, \u00e9ste mi\u00e9rcoles, para llevar a cabo un plant\u00f3n en la plaza de Armas que dur\u00f3 no m\u00e1s de una hora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Victor Manuel Ju\u00e1rez Acosta, qui\u00e9n dijo ser Oficial Judicial C, basificado, extern\u00f3 que las condiciones no ser\u00e1n nada favorables con la llegada de la Reforma de la 4T,\u00a0 ya que los supuestos beneficios, dijo, no se ver\u00e1n a corto plazo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No nos queda claro como trabajar\u00e1n los nuevos jueces, y que har\u00e1n cuando tomen los expedientes. Hay un proceso de tr\u00e1mites en cada uno de los asuntos y que son tardados, no sabemos que viene despu\u00e9s de la elecci\u00f3n de los jueces y magistrados&#8221;, dijo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3, que ahora los trabajadores del PJF viajar\u00e1n a Ciudad Victoria para lograr un acercamiento con los legisladores de todas las fuerzas pol\u00edticas, principalmente con los del partido en el poder.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A nivel federal no nos escucharon, ahora vamos a buscar la manera de que los legisladores locales lo hagan. Hemos visto que desafortunadamente muchos legisladores no han le\u00eddo la reforma y ni siquiera saben lo que votaron&#8221;, recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El trabajador del Poder Judicial en el Sur dej\u00f3 claro que ser\u00e1 un proceso largo y de desgaste lograr que la reforma embone en el grueso de la base trabajadora, empero sobre todo, dijo, en los resultados que esperan los mexicanos a corto plazo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la regi\u00f3n operan 3 juzgados de distrito, 2 tribunales laborales y un Colegiado, que casi 300 trabajadores en general, que seguir\u00e1n en suspensi\u00f3n indefinida de labores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Los Trabajadores Cambian De Estrategia En El Tema De La Reforma Judicial &nbsp;
