Desde el a\u00f1o pasado el ITAVU est\u00e1 siendo usado por personas sin escr\u00fapulos para cometer fraude, extorsi\u00f3n y chantaje hacia la poblaci\u00f3n, que busca llevar a cabo un tr\u00e1mite ante esa dependencia, por parte de pseudol\u00edderes y falsos gestores que han logrado timar a ciudadanos con cantidades que van desde los 3 hasta m\u00e1s de 35 mil pesos por realizar una supuesta gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo expres\u00f3, el coordinador de las delegaciones de esa dependencia estatal, Germ\u00e1n Fern\u00e1ndez Guzm\u00e1n, qui\u00e9n sostuvo que el ITAVU sigue siendo utilizado por esa clase de personas, que lucran con la necesidad y la bondad de muchos ciudadanos tamaulipecos.<\/p>\n

Detall\u00f3, que desde el 2023 el ITAVU registr\u00f3 113 casos de extorsi\u00f3n, fraude y chantaje por v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica o electr\u00f3nica, donde supuestos trabajadores de la dependencia o pseudol\u00edderes de colonos solicitan dinero a la ciudadan\u00eda, a cambio de realizar el tr\u00e1mite de escrituraci\u00f3n o para acceder a alg\u00fan programa social en esa dependencia estatal<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Resalt\u00f3, que los falsos gestores y pseudol\u00edderes mantienen ese modus operandis en la entidad, pues en lo que va del a\u00f1o se han contabilizado 87 casos de \u00e9ste tipo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Fern\u00e1ndez, exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n que busca lograr alg\u00fan programa de la dependencia estatal o legalizar su predio, a realizar dichos tr\u00e1mites en las oficinas delegacionales que hay en los municipios de la entidad.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Nunca v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica o por medio de correo electr\u00f3nico o alguna red social. Todo tr\u00e1mite se hace en las oficinas de la dependencia en los municipios”, recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El coordinador de las delegaciones en el Estado, dijo que cualquier tr\u00e1mite que tenga que ver con esa dependencia estatal, tambi\u00e9n se lleva a cabo en las jornadas denominadas “Itavu en tu colonia” o en las oficinas situadas en cada municipio.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, recalc\u00f3 que esos casos de fraude ya est\u00e1n en la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia, pues hay gente que ha sido timada desde los 3 hasta los 35 mil pesos, sin conocer muchas veces el rostro de la persona que supuestamente hace la gesti\u00f3n ante la dependencia de gobierno<\/p>\n
