Morena y sus partidos pol\u00edticos aliados PVEM y PT ” ya est\u00e1n haciendo lo que quieren con la Constituci\u00f3n” al lograr casi una sobrerrepresentaci\u00f3n en la pr\u00f3xima C\u00e1mara de Diputados, qui\u00e9n si otra cosa no sucede por mayor\u00eda estar\u00edan avalando la Reforma al Poder Judicial, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el jurista, Jorge Chessal Palau<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El Presidente de la Barra de Abogados de San Lu\u00eds Potos\u00ed, resalt\u00f3 que la inminente llegada de la transformaci\u00f3n al Poder Judicial pondr\u00eda en riesgo el futuro de M\u00e9xico, ya que por mayor\u00eda se podr\u00e1n hacer cambios importantes a la Constituci\u00f3n<\/p>\n

“Qu\u00e9 sino le damos una interpretaci\u00f3n funcional, el documento deja de servir”, destac\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El jurista detall\u00f3 que la Constituci\u00f3n es un documento politico, y su interpretaci\u00f3n, dijo, no puede ser tan estricta, porque de ser as\u00ed.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Ah\u00ed dice claramente sobrerrepresentaci\u00f3n y no juegan las coaliciones, y las coaliciones funcionan como un solo partido politico para efectos electorales”, resalt\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Chessal, dej\u00f3 claro que s\u00ed en una coalici\u00f3n hay suficientes partidos pol\u00edticos y s\u00ed se opta por repartir el 100% de las curules “entonces est\u00e1mos haciendo con la Constituci\u00f3n lo que queramos” y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que s\u00ed en ese escenario se deja fuera una representaci\u00f3n a las minor\u00edas “entonces deja de ser una interpretaci\u00f3n funcional”, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n

El Presidente de la Barra de Abogados de SLP recalc\u00f3 que ya se ve\u00eda venir un escenario de tal magnitud para el pa\u00eds con los temas de sobrerrepresentaci\u00f3n y reforma judicial, pues con todo ello, dijo, espera que al pa\u00eds le vaya bien y no tenga repercusiones que despu\u00e9s se puedan lamentar.<\/p>\n
