*Piden Que Se Resuelva En El Marco Constitucional Y En El Total Equilibrio Democr\u00e1tico<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n

A pocos d\u00edas de que el TEPJF de a conocer el fallo final luego de que el INE resolviera avalar una sobrerrepresentaci\u00f3n en la pr\u00f3xima legislatura federal con 364 legisladores, la Coparmex de la zona sur, lanz\u00f3 un llamado a los magistrados del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n, a solventar con respeto y de cara a la voluntad ciudadana expresada en las urnas del pasado 2 de Junio, y se aseguren que cualquier sobrerrepresentaci\u00f3n no provoque distorsi\u00f3n al equilibrio democr\u00e1tico que tanto esfuerzo a costado construir en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Sobre el tema, el Presidente del Centro Empresarial de la Zona Sur, Gonz\u00e1lo Trevi\u00f1o Rodr\u00edguez, expres\u00f3\u00a0\u00a0 que con el resolutivo dado a conocer por el INE, Morena, PT y PVEM tendr\u00e1n una mayor\u00eda calificada en el pr\u00f3xima C\u00e1mara de Diputados, y con la oportunidad de cambiar la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica cu\u00e1ntas veces lo quieran y deseen.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Expres\u00f3, la necesidad de que los magistrados del TEPJF tengan en mente equipar la figura del partido pol\u00edtico con la de la coalici\u00f3n, como se hace en otras interpretaciones de la norma constitucional, para que ninguna fuerza pol\u00edtica tenga m\u00e1s de 300 curules, ni m\u00e1s del 8% de representaci\u00f3n”, declar\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El representante de los empresarios adheridos al membrete patronal, indic\u00f3 la importancia de que inicie la nueva legislatura donde se refleje la pluralidad mexicana y el fortalecimiento de la democracia.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Que los magistrados no se l\u00edmiten a la mera aplicaci\u00f3n de una f\u00f3rmula, sino que consideren todas las alternativas viables para tomar la mejor decisi\u00f3n en beneficio de la democracia. Este an\u00e1lisis debe ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo t\u00e9cnico y adentrarse en los aspectos jur\u00eddicos, pol\u00edticos y \u00e9ticos que aseguren una interpretaci\u00f3n justa del marco constitucional”, recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Trevi\u00f1o, subray\u00f3 que cualquier cambio en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica debe ser sopesada con todas las fuerzas pol\u00edticas representadas en la c\u00e1mara baja, y reiter\u00f3 que en el sexenio federal que est\u00e1 por concluir, precisamente falt\u00f3 el di\u00e1logo y consensos para abordar puntos muy importantes en la vida p\u00fablica del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Finalmente, el Presidente de Coparmex Zona Sur, dijo que en caso de que el Tribunal Electoral Federal avale la sobrerrepresentaci\u00f3n, es probable que sea presentado el recurso de inconstitucionalidad ante las instancias pertinentes, aunque eso se tendr\u00e1 que dar a conocer en unos d\u00edas m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n
