{"id":52163,"date":"2024-08-21T08:54:42","date_gmt":"2024-08-21T14:54:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=52163"},"modified":"2024-08-21T08:54:42","modified_gmt":"2024-08-21T14:54:42","slug":"exhorta-profeco-a-padres-de-familia-gastar-lo-necesario-en-el-regreso-a-clases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/08\/21\/exhorta-profeco-a-padres-de-familia-gastar-lo-necesario-en-el-regreso-a-clases\/","title":{"rendered":"EXHORTA PROFECO A PADRES DE FAMILIA GASTAR LO NECESARIO EN EL REGRESO A CLASES"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Necesario Que Rescaten Algunos \u00datiles Escolares Para Ser Reutilizados En El Nuevo Ciclo Escolar<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Delegaci\u00f3n Golfo-Norte de la Profeco exhort\u00f3 a los padres de familia a revisar detenidamente los \u00fatiles escolares del ciclo escolar que reci\u00e9n termin\u00f3, y rescatar todo aquello que pueda ser reutilizable para evitar gastos excesivos de cara al regreso a clases.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Manuel Leal Villarreal, director del Organismo Defensor del Consumidor, que abarca 58 municipios de Tamaulipas, SLP y Veracruz, indic\u00f3 la necesidad de que en el retorno al ciclo escolar se debe priorizar la lista de \u00fatiles escolares, y s\u00f3lo dijo, adquirir lo estrictamente necesario.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que el paquete de \u00fatiles, es decir lo m\u00e1s b\u00e1sico, cuesta entre 1500 y 2000 pesos, incluso hasta m\u00e1s con la compra de uniformes y calzado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3, que la finalidad de la ODECO es concientizar en el gasto escolar y no realizar compras innecesarias<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;El regreso a clases implica un gasto econ\u00f3mico alto, es por ello que nosotros exhortamos que primero revisen los \u00fatiles del ciclo anterior y vean que es reutilizable, para despu\u00e9s adquirir lo que haga falta&#8221;, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Leal, dej\u00f3 claro que el organismo defensor del consumidor estar\u00e1 al pendiente de cualquier posible queja que pudiera existir en esta etapa del inicio del ciclo escolar, y reiter\u00f3 que la poblaci\u00f3n puede entablar su inquietud en las oficinas y llegar a un acuerdo con el proveedor antes de establecer su denuncia formalmente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el funcionario federal enfatiz\u00f3 que hasta el momento ni una sola queja existe en las oficinas delegacionales por la temporada vacacional hac\u00eda prestadores de servicios, aunque s\u00ed con algunos restaurantes que fueron apercibidos con multas por no especificar promociones y cobrar propina en la nota de consumo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Necesario Que Rescaten Algunos \u00datiles Escolares Para Ser Reutilizados En El Nuevo Ciclo Escolar &nbsp;
