Luego de que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os el gobierno federal ha invertido muy poco en el mantenimiento de la infraestructura nacional, es necesario que para los pr\u00f3ximos seis a\u00f1os se permita que las asociaciones p\u00fablico-privadas(APP) tengan una participaci\u00f3n importante, que permita con ello rescatar y llevar a cabo proyectos con la debida planeaci\u00f3n y transparencia.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo expres\u00f3, el Presidente Nacional de la Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Colegios de Ingenieros Civiles A.C, Carlos Ernesto Fierros Pacheco, al afirmar la importancia de que la legislatura entrante aborde de manera decidida la “Ley APP” y con ello permita que el capital privado invierta en el mantenimiento de la infraestructura y la realizaci\u00f3n de los proyectos que el gobierno tiene trazados para los siguientes seis a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Remarc\u00f3, que el Congreso Federal debe dejar a un lado “la fobia que le tienen a la autorizaci\u00f3n de las App, sabemos que hay pros y contras, pero nosotros queremos que se analice abiertamente con los diferentes actores para que sea una ley clara y transparente”, dijo<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El representante de los ingenieros civiles en M\u00e9xico, recalc\u00f3 que el sexenio de Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo debe poner sobre la mesa en el rubro de infraestructura tres aspectos importantes, planeaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento a la infraestructura que existe y la b\u00fasqueda de recursos para poder llevarla a cabo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Fierros, apunt\u00f3 que otro factor no menos importante es que el Gobierno Federal que viene deber\u00e1 de “socializar las grandes obras”, y no ocasionar que despu\u00e9s se judicialicen o se suspendan por parte de la poblaci\u00f3n por carecer de los debidos estudios o permisos.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Puntualiz\u00f3 que el sexenio que est\u00e1 por culminar invirti\u00f3 un porcentaje muy raqu\u00edtico en el mantenimiento de la infraestructura nacional, como puertos, aeropuertos, carreteras, presas y el tema h\u00eddrico, qu\u00e9 se puso de moda en los \u00faltimos meses en casi todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

“No podemos permitir que la infraestructura del pa\u00eds se arruine, se est\u00e9 cayendo, pues con ello se inhibe el crecimiento del pa\u00eds, y una buena opci\u00f3n para ello son las asociaciones p\u00fablico-privadas”, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n
