{"id":52053,"date":"2024-08-13T20:54:15","date_gmt":"2024-08-14T02:54:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=52053"},"modified":"2024-08-13T20:55:25","modified_gmt":"2024-08-14T02:55:25","slug":"reforma-judicial-pararia-en-los-tribunales-internacionales-traera-crisis-al-sistema-de-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/08\/13\/reforma-judicial-pararia-en-los-tribunales-internacionales-traera-crisis-al-sistema-de-justicia\/","title":{"rendered":"REFORMA JUDICIAL PARAR\u00cdA EN LOS TRIBUNALES INTERNACIONALES; TRAER\u00c1 CRISIS AL SISTEMA DE JUSTICIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Adem\u00e1s De Impactar En La Inversi\u00f3n Privada Y La Inminente Salida Del Capital Nacional Y Extranjero Hacia Otras Partes Del Mundo<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al ser una propuesta de reforma judicial &#8220;mocha&#8221; que no contempla a la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, ni se sabe qu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 con los miles de juicios en tr\u00e1mite en caso de ser aprobada, el abogado Jorge Chessal Palau, dej\u00f3 claro que desde hoy se prev\u00e9 una crisis en la administraci\u00f3n de justicia, y seguramente la fuga del capital extranjero y nacional, ya que ante un posible conflicto no habr\u00e1 garant\u00edas para proteger la inversi\u00f3n y el patrimonio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al sostener una conferencia de prensa, luego de haber entablado una charla informativa con miembros de la Coparmex Sur, el Presidente de la Barra de Abogados de San Lu\u00eds Potos\u00ed, detall\u00f3 que cuando una propuesta de reforma de \u00e9ste tipo &#8220;parte de un prejuicio, es muy dif\u00edcil ser escuchados&#8221; pues remarc\u00f3 que la menos as\u00ed lo dej\u00f3 ver el presidente de la comisi\u00f3n de puntos constitucionales de la c\u00e1mara baja, cuando afirm\u00f3 en una charla con juristas que &#8220;A nosotros, el pueblo nos dio el mandato de que la elecci\u00f3n de jueces y magistrados debe ser por voto popular, y a partir de aqu\u00ed se habr\u00e1 que discutir lo que quieran!. Entonces ya no hay mucho que discutir&#8221;, se\u00f1al\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El abogado, destac\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que la propuesta de Reforma Judicial no contempla a la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, ni tampoco, dijo, se sabe qu\u00e9 habr\u00e1 de pasar con los miles de expedientes que actualmente est\u00e1n en tr\u00e1mite.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No est\u00e1 previsto en la reforma, en cambio dice que a partir de que sea aprobada y publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n arrancar\u00e1 la preparaci\u00f3n del proceso electoral, y ser\u00e1 hasta cu\u00e1ndo inicie la gesti\u00f3n de los jueces o magistrados electos, dejar\u00e1n de actuar los salientes&#8221;, extern\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Chessal, adelant\u00f3 que en caso de que en el pr\u00f3ximo Congreso Federal haya una sobrerrepresentaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 inminente la llegada de la reforma judicial, pues con ello ya no es posible realizar una acci\u00f3n de inconstitucional, aunque s\u00ed, dijo, se podr\u00eda echar mano de los tribunales internacionales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Qui\u00e9nes podr\u00e1n intervenir por estar violando tratados internacionales con consecuencias graves para el pa\u00eds, y sus probables sanciones de car\u00e1cter internacional.
