{"id":51908,"date":"2024-08-01T09:06:46","date_gmt":"2024-08-01T15:06:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=51908"},"modified":"2024-08-01T09:06:46","modified_gmt":"2024-08-01T15:06:46","slug":"necesario-que-inah-se-complementa-mas-por-tampico-y-sus-edificios-historicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/08\/01\/necesario-que-inah-se-complementa-mas-por-tampico-y-sus-edificios-historicos\/","title":{"rendered":"NECESARIO QUE INAH SE COMPLEMENTA M\u00c1S POR TAMPICO Y SUS EDIFICIOS HIST\u00d3RICOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Muchos Inmuebles Requieren Del Apoyo De Esa Dependencia Federal<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En Tampico el Instituto Nacional de Antropolog\u00eda e Historia(INAH) no tiene una real representatividad que permita ver m\u00e1s de cerca la problem\u00e1tica que impera en 600 edificios viejos (de los cu\u00e1les muchos son hist\u00f3ricos) que requieren ser rescatados y ser parte oficial del patrimonio edificado de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Carlos de la Rosa Dur\u00e1n, qui\u00e9n es Secretario de Desarrollo Urbano del Municipio de Tampico, extern\u00f3 que la dependencia federal debe estar m\u00e1s involucrada en la problem\u00e1tica que existe en Tampico, donde muchos inmuebles se est\u00e1n cayendo con el paso del tiempo, adem\u00e1s de representar un serio riesgo para la poblaci\u00f3n de a pi\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3, que las lluvias que siguen present\u00e1ndose en la regi\u00f3n est\u00e1n causando el reblandecimiento parcial y casi total en varios edificios situados en el primer y segundo cuadro, sin que due\u00f1os ni autoridad correspondiente haga algo por rescatar la historia de la ciudad<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apunt\u00f3, que existe un cat\u00e1logo de 300 inmuebles hist\u00f3ricos en la ciudad, sin embargo hay otros 600 que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n diseminados en todo Tampico, y que requieren ser rescatados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Recalc\u00f3, que en varios casos sus due\u00f1os est\u00e1n dispuestos a participar en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de sus edificios, sin embargo el INAH es qui\u00e9n puede avalar y autorizar el rescate e inclusi\u00f3n al padr\u00f3n de toda esa infraestructura, con amplia historia en la zona sur<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Record\u00f3 que la CMIC, las facultades de Arquitectura e Ingenier\u00eda de la UAT, as\u00ed como los colegios de ingenieros y arquitectos de la zona, llevaron a cabo una revisi\u00f3n a la gran mayor\u00eda de la infraestructura vetusta e hist\u00f3rica que hay en la ciudad, arrojando que de los 600 inmuebles evaluados, 30 est\u00e1n marcados con luz roja que significa de alto riesgo para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Muchos Inmuebles Requieren Del Apoyo De Esa Dependencia Federal &nbsp;
