Para poder pensar en una conurbaci\u00f3n real entre municipios de la zona sur con los de la huasteca veracruzana que genere mejor infraestructura, es necesario que se definan los proyectos ejecutivos y que \u00e9stos sean respaldados hasta el final por los gobernadores ante la federaci\u00f3n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el empresario porte\u00f1o, Eduardo Manzur Manzur.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El tambi\u00e9n ex Presidente del Consejo de Instituciones Empresariales del Sur de Tamaulipas(CIEST) se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ha habido varios intentos, en a\u00f1os anteriores, por lograr las grandes obras que requieren Tampico, Madero, Altamira, P\u00e1nuco y Tampico Alto, para alcanzar una mejor productividad en todos los sentidos.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Revel\u00f3, que el aspecto medular de la zona metropolitana recae en qu\u00e9 se definan los proyectos que se habr\u00e1n de impulsar en la federaci\u00f3n, y desde all\u00e1 inyectarles los recursos necesarios para su realizaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1adido del adecuado cabildeo con las instancias pertinentes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Resalt\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo sexenio federal deber\u00e1 de dejar a un lado la centralizaci\u00f3n de los recursos, y de esta manera pueden florecer las obras que avalen los cinco alcaldes y los gobernadores de Veracruz y Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“El problema siempre ha sido en tener los proyectos conjuntos y que luego sean consensuados entre los alcaldes y gobernadores, para despu\u00e9s comenzar a tocar puertas en la federaci\u00f3n”, resalt\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Manzur, puntualiz\u00f3 que en la fase de definici\u00f3n de las obras que ser\u00e1n planteadas a la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda, v\u00eda diputados locales y federales, el Instituto Metropolitano de Planeaci\u00f3n(Imeplan) juega un papel importante ya que es en esta dependencia estatal donde recaen los proyectos ejecutivos.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“En estos momentos se est\u00e1 en un nivel de propuesta de proyectos ejecutivos, hay que recordar que sin proyecto ejecutivo no hay dinero de la federaci\u00f3n, debe haber proyectos firmes para que la zona metropolitana o conurbaci\u00f3n no quede en buenos deseos”, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Finalmente, expres\u00f3 que temas como infraestructura h\u00eddrica, vialidades, un mejor movilidad, son algunas ideas que deben ser transformadas en proyectos visibles que beneficien a los cinco municipios involucrados en el ahora Consejo Consultivo de Desarrollo Metropolitano Interestatal Tamaulipas-Veracruz.<\/p>\n
