{"id":51780,"date":"2024-07-22T21:17:06","date_gmt":"2024-07-23T03:17:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=51780"},"modified":"2024-07-22T21:17:06","modified_gmt":"2024-07-23T03:17:06","slug":"que-regrese-el-ficehtam-a-la-zona-sur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/07\/22\/que-regrese-el-ficehtam-a-la-zona-sur\/","title":{"rendered":"QU\u00c9 REGRESE EL FICEHTAM A LA ZONA SUR"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Cientos De Inmuebles Hist\u00f3ricos Necesitan Ser Rescatados Y Ya No Ser Un Peligro Para La Sociedad<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Muchos edificios hist\u00f3ricos y viejos de Tampico requieren seguir con su rescate integral, pues para sus due\u00f1os era un importante apoyo econ\u00f3mico y t\u00e9cnico la existencia del Fideicomiso del Centro Hist\u00f3rico de la Ciudad, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el Secretario de Desarrollo Urbano, Carlos de la Rosa Dur\u00e1n<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El encargado de esa dependencia municipal, enfatiz\u00f3 que con el Ficehtam se logr\u00f3 un avance importante en el rescate de muchos edificios ubicados en el primer y segundo cuadro, sin embargo otros muchos m\u00e1s quedaron en el olvido al no contar m\u00e1s con esta clase de apoyo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario porte\u00f1o, record\u00f3 que el Fideicomiso ten\u00eda a la par el Consejo Consultivo de Proyectos, donde exist\u00eda un grupo selecto de arquitectos, que junto con el cronista de la ciudad, brindaban asesor\u00eda gratuita a todo aquel due\u00f1o de edificios que se sumaba al programa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que el Ficehtam brindaba hasta el 50% del costo total del rescate del inmueble, pues ello era un gran aliciente para el due\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s de la mejora en la imagen de la zona cero.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De la Rosa, puntualiz\u00f3 que con el Ficehtam era m\u00e1s \u00e1gil la petici\u00f3n del rescate de un edificio hist\u00f3rico y vetusto, ya que ah\u00ed se encontraban los representantes de todas las dependencias inmersas en el tema, inclu\u00eddo el INAH.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Era mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil tener toda la documentaci\u00f3n y tr\u00e1mites de los due\u00f1os, pues desde el fideicomiso y el consejo consultivo se trabajaba\u00a0 con el propietario, y de esta manera ser m\u00e1s \u00e1gil el rescate de esos inmuebles&#8221;,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, resalt\u00f3 que hace seis a\u00f1os que el Consejo Consultivo tambi\u00e9n se extingui\u00f3, lo que hace m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil en estos momentos que los due\u00f1os se animen a continuar con su rescate y con ello la mejora de la im\u00e1gen de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Cientos De Inmuebles Hist\u00f3ricos Necesitan Ser Rescatados Y Ya No Ser Un Peligro Para La Sociedad &nbsp;
