{"id":51639,"date":"2024-07-12T07:22:18","date_gmt":"2024-07-12T13:22:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=51639"},"modified":"2024-07-12T07:22:18","modified_gmt":"2024-07-12T13:22:18","slug":"bienvenida-una-reforma-judicial-acorde-a-las-necesidades-del-pais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/07\/12\/bienvenida-una-reforma-judicial-acorde-a-las-necesidades-del-pais\/","title":{"rendered":"BIENVENIDA UNA REFORMA JUDICIAL ACORDE A LAS NECESIDADES DEL PA\u00cdS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Es Necesario Escuchar A Todas Las Voces De La Sociedad Civil Para El Cambio De Las Leyes Que Vienen<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Coparmex Sur exhort\u00f3 a la presidenta electa de la Rep\u00fablica, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo a escuchar todas las voces de la sociedad civil, y de esta manera poder integrar una reforma Judicial acorde a las necesidades de los mexicanos, y con un presupuesto acorde a la justicia que se pretende para los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sobre el tema, el Presidente del Organismo C\u00e1maral, Gonz\u00e1lo Trevi\u00f1o Rodr\u00edguez, precis\u00f3 que el nuevo poder judicial que busca la cuarta transformaci\u00f3n debe contar con todo lo necesario para que exista una justicia pronta y expedita.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que utilizar las mayor\u00edas para aprobar una futura reforma al Poder Judicial sin haber escuchado hasta la misma oposici\u00f3n ser\u00eda un craso error, y nada bueno atraer\u00eda al pa\u00eds en los siguientes seis a\u00f1os<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Trevi\u00f1o, dijo que en la inminente transformaci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial se debe contar con un presupuesto amplio, que permita no ser tentado por la corrupci\u00f3n y la delincuencia<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Expres\u00f3 que son positivos los parlamentos y di\u00e1logos que se han llevado a cabo por todo el pa\u00eds con la poblaci\u00f3n, ya que finalmente los aspectos positivos o negativos de la reforma que se busca impactar\u00e1n en los mexicanos<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;M\u00e9xico necesita Instituciones fuertes y con cambios que fortalezcan al poder judicial, y no atenten contra su autonom\u00eda&#8221;
