{"id":51447,"date":"2024-06-28T21:47:54","date_gmt":"2024-06-29T03:47:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=51447"},"modified":"2024-06-28T21:47:54","modified_gmt":"2024-06-29T03:47:54","slug":"hasta-300-quejas-ante-profeco-del-consumidor-de-tamaulipas-veracruz-y-slp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/06\/28\/hasta-300-quejas-ante-profeco-del-consumidor-de-tamaulipas-veracruz-y-slp\/","title":{"rendered":"HASTA 300 QUEJAS ANTE PROFECO DEL CONSUMIDOR DE TAMAULIPAS, VERACRUZ Y SLP"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*ENCABEZAN LA LISTA CFE, COMPA\u00d1\u00cdAS TELEF\u00d3NICAS, BANCOS Y CASAS FINANCIERAS<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Compa\u00f1\u00edas telef\u00f3nicas, instituciones financieras y entes de gobierno federal y estatal, est\u00e1n dentro de las 300 quejas que Profeco recibe por semana de 68 municipios que tiene injerencia en Tamaulipas, Veracruz y San Luis Potos\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Manuel Leal Villarreal, director de la dependencia defensora del consumidor Golfo-Norte, indic\u00f3 que la oficina ha adquirido amplio movimiento en el tema de quejas de la poblaci\u00f3n, pues la oficina abarca tres entidades en las que est\u00e1n monitoreando de manera constante los precios y calidad de los productos y servicios.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Manifest\u00f3 que s\u00ed bien la oficina regional est\u00e1 catalogada como de las primeras a nivel nacional en resoluciones y cumplimiento de tr\u00e1mites, tambi\u00e9n es alto el n\u00famero de quejas atendidas de manera semanal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apunt\u00f3 que empresas del servicio de telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil, instituciones financieras, aerol\u00edneas y empresas purificadoras, tienen un alto porcentaje en quejas y apercibimientos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Abund\u00f3 que la CFE y organismos operadores del agua potable y alcantarillado, no escapan al mal servicio que prestan, sin embargo esas dependencias mantienen m\u00f3dulos dentro de la oficina de Profeco lo que hace .<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Que la queja ya no se oficialice, sino que primero llegue a una resoluci\u00f3n pronta antes de que intervenga Profeco&#8221;, recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Leal Villarreal, enfatiz\u00f3 que de las 300 quejas atendidas semanalmente, un 30% corresponden a CFE y dependencias p\u00fablicas que manejan el agua y drenaje de las tres entidades.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Un 15% de CFE y 15% de los organismos operadores del agua potable, son quejas por apagones, altos cobros, mal servicio y otros aspectos&#8221;, revel\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario federal recalc\u00f3 finalmente que se aprestan para llevar a cabo la feria del regreso a clases en la zona sur, que ser\u00e1 del 19 al 23 de Agosto, donde todos los proveedores de \u00fatiles y uniformes escolares habr\u00e1n de participar con descuentos accesibles y al alcance del bolsillo de los padres de familia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*ENCABEZAN LA LISTA CFE, COMPA\u00d1\u00cdAS TELEF\u00d3NICAS, BANCOS Y CASAS FINANCIERAS &nbsp;
