{"id":51388,"date":"2024-06-27T21:04:06","date_gmt":"2024-06-28T03:04:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=51388"},"modified":"2024-06-27T21:04:06","modified_gmt":"2024-06-28T03:04:06","slug":"mexico-no-requiere-una-reforma-judicial-total-en-estos-momentos-ip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/06\/27\/mexico-no-requiere-una-reforma-judicial-total-en-estos-momentos-ip\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00c9XICO NO REQUIERE UNA REFORMA JUDICIAL TOTAL EN \u00c9STOS MOMENTOS: IP"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Para Ello Se Requieren Consensos Y Perfiles Id\u00f3neos Para Ser Ministros Y Jueces<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En estos momentos de que el pa\u00eds se encuentra en v\u00edas de una transici\u00f3n de poderes no es posible aprobar reformas al poder judicial, ni mucho menos que la elecci\u00f3n de magistrados, jueces y ministros se realice mediante voto directo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el Presidente de Coparmex de la zona sur, Gonzalo Trevi\u00f1o Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que el modo de elegir a los impartidores de la justicia, que propone desde el pasado 5 de Febrero el Presidente de M\u00e9xico, es una propuesta controversial, ya que para elegir cargos de este tipo, se requiere un perfil espec\u00edfico y netamente profesional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Y de aprobarse esa reforma pondr\u00eda en riesgo la calidad de las resoluciones, y de una posible cooptaci\u00f3n de los partidos pol\u00edticos, afectando la necesaria autonom\u00eda del Poder Judicial&#8221;, dijo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El representante de los empresarios de la regi\u00f3n, explic\u00f3 que el tema de las encuestas para promover una reforma judicial no es tampoco el camino para dirimir y tomar decisiones tan importantes para el pa\u00eds<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No es el camino para encontrar los mejores argumentos sobre el rumbo que se debe tomar en este tema tan importante para el pa\u00eds, no se debe tomar a la ligera&#8221;, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Reiter\u00f3 que el di\u00e1logo entr\u00e9 los sectores de la sociedad civil es fundamental para tomar cualquier tipo de decision que mejore o afecte al presente y futuro del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Trevi\u00f1o, dej\u00f3 claro que la Reforma al Poder Judicial es buena, sin embargo deber\u00e1 ir por etapas, con la participaci\u00f3n de los expertos en el tema, partidos pol\u00edticos de oposici\u00f3n y experiencias internacionales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Por ejemplo, ning\u00fan pa\u00eds se la OCDE( que integran la Organizaci\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico) elige a sus jueces, magistrados o ministros por voto directo, de ah\u00ed el llamado a las legislaturas electas y a la Presidenta a garantizar la apertura y di\u00e1logo para la discusi\u00f3n a fondo de la propuesta de reforma&#8221;, recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Presidente de Coparmex, en la zona metropolitana, recalc\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds acaba de pasar por una elecci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica, y ahora la naci\u00f3n requiere, dijo, transitar hacia la unidad para que todos juntos se construyan estrategias que permitan aprovechar el potencial que tiene la naci\u00f3n, sin caer en retrocesos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Para Ello Se Requieren Consensos Y Perfiles Id\u00f3neos Para Ser Ministros Y Jueces &nbsp;
