DEBE HABER APOYO A INFRAESTRUCTURA H\u00cdDRICA: RMGA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Necesario Que La Dependencia Federal Vierta Recursos Para Realizar Proyectos En La Zona Metropolitana<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua(CNA) debe de priorizar proyectos de contenci\u00f3n h\u00eddrica para la zona sur una vez concluido el proceso electoral, y por el contrario evitar que siga habiendo subejercicios en esta dependencia federal tan importante en \u00e9stos momentos, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la candidata a la alcald\u00eda porte\u00f1a, Rosa Mar\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez Azc\u00e1rraga<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La abanderada de la coalici\u00f3n PAN-PRI extern\u00f3 que la necesidad de que la dependencia federal ya priorize los proyectos ejecutivos que desde hace tiempo existen para buscar contener el vital l\u00edquido en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lament\u00f3 que la CNA siga cayendo en subejercicios presupuestarios, y al t\u00e9rmino de los plazos para el uso de los recursos, tengan que ser devueltos a la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Es necesario que ejerzan todo el techo financiero que se les asigna anualmente, pues de lo contrario se regresa al gobierno federal para ser reasignado a otras \u00e1reas de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica federal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La abanderada a la Presidencia Municipal de Tampico dej\u00f3 en claro que la zona sur necesita de manera urgente cristalizar esos proyectos que garanticen un adecuado abasto del vital l\u00edquido en temporada de seca.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Abund\u00f3 que el municipio hace lo humanamente posible para ayudar a qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 sequ\u00eda sea m\u00e1s llevadera, por lo menos hasta que lleguen las lluvias, y realiza trabajos de dragado en el Chairel y retiro de maleza acu\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No es tarea del municipio, sin embargo estamos en la mejor disposici\u00f3n de ayudar al gobierno federal en algo que no nos compete&#8221;, dijo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gonz\u00e1lez, record\u00f3 que CNA recibe anualmente poco m\u00e1s de 350 millones de pesos por concepto del pago del vital l\u00edquido por el uso, que se cobra a las Comapa&#8217;s y a la Industria formalmente establecida en el corredor industrial de Altamira<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;El gobierno federal tienen la responsabilidad de realizar esta clase de obras tan necesarias en estos momentos de crisis h\u00eddrica&#8221;, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Necesario Que La Dependencia Federal Vierta Recursos Para Realizar Proyectos En La Zona Metropolitana &nbsp;
