Antes de la pandemia la frontera norte y chica de Tamaulipas contaba con casi 100 mil empleos, que a partir del 2019 comenzaron a reducir sus espacios laborales y tratar de sobrevivir, mientras que en la zona sur el ramo de la construcci\u00f3n tra\u00eda poco m\u00e1s de 700 empleos en ese entonces, y ahora despu\u00e9s de culminar la crisis sanitaria muy apenas se llega a 300 fuentes de trabajo.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo expres\u00f3, el secretario general de la Federaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores de Tamaulipas (FTT) Edmundo Garc\u00eda Rom\u00e1n, al manifestar que no todo lo que se\u00f1ala el gobierno federal en el tema de la creaci\u00f3n de empleos es positivo, pues ‘no hemos alcanzado a recuperar lo que ten\u00edamos antes de la pandemia, ya que entre los municipios de la frontera y la frontera chica se ten\u00edan poco m\u00e1s de 100 mil fuentes de trabajo.<\/p>\n

Destac\u00f3, que la post pandemia a\u00fan no acaba y muchas empresas siguen batallando para retornar a lo que ten\u00edan antes, pero desafortunadamente a\u00fan no se cuenta con esos niveles de productividad que el Covid 19 les quit\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3 que afortunadamente en Tamaulipas la paz laboral es positiva en caso todos los municipios, salvo algunas excepciones, tan es as\u00ed que los centros de conciliaci\u00f3n y arbitraje mantienen una labor tranquila y sin mayores problemas.<\/p>\n

Resalt\u00f3 que el empresario que llega a Tamaulipas lo \u00fanico que busca son tres rubros para poder invertir su capital y crear fuentes de trabajo,.como seguridad, certeza jur\u00eddica e infraestructura.<\/p>\n

“Sin embargo todo lo que tenemos hasta ahora es un poco de infraestructura, todo lo dem\u00e1s nos hace falta,y no est\u00e1 muy claro”, resalt\u00f3 el tambi\u00e9n representante de la CTM<\/p>\n

Garc\u00eda, dej\u00f3 en claro que mucha gente que trabaj\u00f3 en la entidad hasta antes del 2019, hoy se encuentra laborando en Texas, en el rubro de la construcci\u00f3n, con sueldos muy competitivos.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, expuso que en la zona metropolitana el mejor term\u00f3metro que existe actividad econ\u00f3mica es el turismo, tan es as\u00ed que la inversi\u00f3n privada ha arribado en tiendas de autoservicio, construcci\u00f3n de departamentos y otros rubros m\u00e1s, que permiten generar mejores condiciones laborales para esta parte de la entidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
