Madero, Tamaulipas.- La zona sur y norte de la playa requiere de un plan de ordenamiento territorial para que todo crezca de una forma legal y ordenada, permitiendo con ello m\u00e1s inversiones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El presidente del Consejo Empresarial Maderense,\u00a0 Felipe Olvera Ram\u00edrez, dijo que con el an\u00e1lisis de especialistas se debe tener un ordenamiento con las condiciones que se requieren por parte de los inversionistas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s que eso permitir\u00e1 que se logre establecer los servicios b\u00e1sicos que a\u00fan hacen falta en el m\u00e1ximo paseo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que se debe trabajar en mucho, como hecho de no permitir que existan negocios abandonados, los cuales s\u00f3lo dan una mala imagen a los visitantes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que es necesario establecer la manera de negociar y apoyar a quienes tienen concesiones para evitar se desordene la playa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
