Ante los problemas que se han suscitado en la elecci\u00f3n federal en el tema de la paridad sustantiva, y que amenaza con trasladarse a la elecci\u00f3n local, el INE e IETAM debieron de haber desmenuzado ampliamente el tema del bloque de competitividad con los partidos pol\u00edticos, y con ello evitar impugnaciones de la misma autoridad electoral o institutos pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo expres\u00f3 el Presidente del PT en Tampico, Mart\u00edn Castellanos Castel\u00e1n, qui\u00e9n afirm\u00f3 que los dos \u00f3rganos electorales encargados de llevar a buen puerto la elecci\u00f3n concurrente en Tamaulipas, han fallado en \u00e9ste rubro, pues la confusi\u00f3n y desinformaci\u00f3n en las coaliciones partidistas sigue estando a la orden del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3 que el caso Oseguera es un ejemplo de la poca informaci\u00f3n que tienen los institutos pol\u00edticos, al momento de conformar sus planillas de candidatos en los \u00e1mbitos federal y local.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Destac\u00f3 que son los dos \u00f3rganos electorales los encargados en definir “que g\u00e9nero(hombre o mujer)les toca a cada municipio, diputaci\u00f3n federal, senadur\u00eda, diputaci\u00f3n local y regidur\u00edas, y consensuar con los partidos pol\u00edticos o coaliciones, y evitar con ello las tan sobadas impugnaciones o retiro de candidaturas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Remarc\u00f3, que en ese mismo tenor tambi\u00e9n se debi\u00f3 informar antes de comenzar con los registros de candidatos, qui\u00e9nes tienen la posibilidad de ir a la reelecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Es un estudio que debieron de hacer o darlo a conocer tanto el INE como el IETAM, y se est\u00e1 manera evitar embrollos en los tribunales electorales del \u00e1mbito regional y federal”, dijo Castellanos<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Finalmente, coment\u00f3 que el tan llamado bloque de competitividad, que permite a la mujer acceder a espacios p\u00fablicos en las contiendas electorales, podr\u00eda dar de que hablar en unas semanas mas en el \u00e1mbito local, en dado caso de que la informaci\u00f3n y dudas no sean despejadas en tiempo y forma.<\/p>\n
