El CEN de los tres partidos pol\u00edticos que integran la coalici\u00f3n de izquierda pr\u00e1cticamente “hicieron lo que quisieron con el convenio de coalici\u00f3n” al remover m\u00e1s de dos veces el reparto de espacios o candidaturas, pues ellos son los \u00fanicos culpables en el caso “Oseguera”, que en \u00e9stos momentos no puede hacer campa\u00f1a en las calles, hasta resolver el dilema ante el Consejo General del INE.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo expres\u00f3, el Presidente del PT en Tampico, Mart\u00edn Castellanos Castel\u00e1n, al se\u00f1alar que s\u00ed se hubiera respetado la primera opci\u00f3n de asignaci\u00f3n de espacios, donde 4 diputaciones federales eran para Morena; 2 para el PVEM y 2 para el PT ning\u00fan problema tendr\u00edan en este momento con el INE.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Destac\u00f3, que sin embargo los representantes del CEN de los tres partidos pol\u00edticos decidieron meter mano al convenio, que ya estaba armado, y realizar cambios que incluso dejaron con menos espacios a Morena.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“En el segundo intento de modificaci\u00f3n el PVEM se qued\u00f3 con 4 candidaturas; Morena con 3 y el PT con 1 “pero en esta ocasi\u00f3n para est\u00e1 elecci\u00f3n deber\u00eda ser mujer la candidata, ya que en la elecci\u00f3n federal pasada fue hombre(Erasmo Gonz\u00e1lez) el candidato, es decir tocaba mujer en el 8 distrito”.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Castellanos, expres\u00f3 que la coalici\u00f3n de la izquierda no visualiz\u00f3 que se ven\u00eda un problema al nombrar a Adri\u00e1n Oseguera como abanderado del PT, cuando el espacio deber\u00eda ser para una mujer.<\/p>\n

Dijo, que quiz\u00e1 en una maniobra jur\u00eddica-electoral del CEN de Morena para salvar el registro de la candidatura decidi\u00f3 inscribir a las dos mujeres “desconocidas”que hasta ayer comenzaron a mencionarse como candidatas de relevo<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3 que la soluci\u00f3n est\u00e1 en qu\u00e9 Morena, PT y PVEM se pongan de acuerdo y decidan remover una vez m\u00e1s el convenio de coalici\u00f3n con el llamado bloque de competitividad, para ceder un espacio con g\u00e9nero del PVEM hacia el PT “para que Oseguera pueda mantenerse en la candidatura, mientras no puede hacer campa\u00f1a” ya que la autoridad electoral ha fijado un t\u00e9rmino de 24 a 48 horas, despu\u00e9s de la notificaci\u00f3n, para aclarar esa situaci\u00f3n y no perder el registro de la candidatura.<\/p>\n

“Fallaron los del CEN de Morena, al descomponer el convenio de coalici\u00f3n, pues el primero estaba bien repartido, que era de 4, 2, 2”, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n
