Madero, Tamaulipas.- Es necesario que las autoridades pertinentes hagan algo en el caso de los negocios que se ubican en playa miramar que se encuentran en el abandono, debido a que representan una mala imagen para los visitantes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La regidora Dunia Mar\u00f3n Acu\u00f1a, presidenta de la comisi\u00f3n de turismo en el cabildo de Madero, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que dicha acci\u00f3n ser\u00eda positiva para dar al turismo una imagen adecuada, pues no se puede tener estructuras abandonadas en lo que representa la mayor zona tur\u00edstica del sur de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n local no puede ingresar a propiedades privadas, por ello es que las autoridades estatales y federales deben abocarse a buscar a los propietarios para llegar a un acuerdo sobre las acciones a tomar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que esta es una situaci\u00f3n que no es actual, sino que priva desde hace muchos a\u00f1os, pero hasta el momento no han logrado subsanar la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que se pueden hacer proyectos para la recuperaci\u00f3n de estos lugares y abrir nuevos negocios, o se pueden asignar a comerciantes que ya est\u00e1n en playa pero que no tienen un lugar establecido.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
