*Las Reformas Anteriores Han Dado Resultados Importantes A Miles De Trabajadores<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n

El Centro Empresarial de la Zona Sur, advirti\u00f3 que la reforma enfocada a aumentar los d\u00edas de aguinaldo(15 a 30 d\u00edas)a la base trabajadora y disminuir el horario semanal de 48 a 40 horas, son aspectos que deben discutirse en otro momento, y no en tiempos electores.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Gonz\u00e1lo Trevi\u00f1o Rodr\u00edguez, Presidente de Coparmex en la zona metropolitana, expuso que los empresarios est\u00e1n a favor de seguir mejorando las condiciones de sus trabajadores, sin embargo, dijo, no es el momento de discutir dichas reformas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Record\u00f3, que aspectos como la mejora en las pensiones, la subcontrataci\u00f3n, vacaciones dignas, aumentos al salario m\u00ednimo, son iniciativas que representan “un esfuerzo importante de qui\u00e9nes tienen una empresa, y confirman que estamos a favor de mejorar las condiciones de los trabajadores”.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dijo que el posible aumento de los d\u00edas de aguinaldo provocar\u00eda un impacto severo en las MiPymes, que representan m\u00e1s del 95% de las empresas en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Aprobar esa iniciativa podr\u00eda desencadenar un aumento desmedido en la informalidad y la disminuci\u00f3n de las contrataciones”, resalt\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Trevi\u00f1o, dej\u00f3 en claro la importancia de que la actual legislatura federal haga un alto y termine por madurar los aspectos de la reforma laboral, y que el empresariado termine por adaptarse a las nuevas medidas<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El Presidente del Centro Empresarial resalt\u00f3 la preocupaci\u00f3n de que dichas reformas laborales se est\u00e9n proponiendo en el marco de una elecci\u00f3n concurrente, y a unos meses de que se realicen las elecciones del 2 de Junio.<\/p>\n

“Y a unas horas de que comiencen las campa\u00f1as federales. En el sector privado no queremos que el tema se politice y se use como ventaja o desventaja para los candidatos”, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n
