De ser aprobada la reforma laboral de 40 horas laborales a la semana el sector patronal del pa\u00eds tendr\u00eda la necesidad de revisar de nueva cuenta el esquema interno de cada una de sus empresas y valorar la posibilidad de realizar ajustes a la plantilla laboral, y en algunos casos\u00a0 bajar la cortina de empresas y negocios.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pedro Granados Ram\u00edrez, director del Centro Empresarial de la Zona Sur, advirti\u00f3 que s\u00ed bien la iniciativa ser\u00e1 abordada de nueva cuenta en marzo, en el congreso de la uni\u00f3n, de ser avalada dar\u00e1 un golpe severo a las finanzas de las empresas del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dijo que la Coparmex est\u00e1 en la postura de evitar a toda costa que se susciten cierre de empresas y establecimientos, ya que muchos no aguantar\u00e1n el impacto financiero que significa quitar 8 horas de un plumazo desde la c\u00e1mara baja.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3 que el empresariado aglutinado en la Coparmex avala los beneficios a la base trabajadora, sin embargo \u00e9stos deber\u00e1n, dijo, ser paulatinos y no de golpe con la finalidad de conservar las fuentes de empleo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“El empresario es una figura de la sociedad, es el que mueve la econom\u00eda en gran parte del pa\u00eds, en una entidad y en un municipio, y para ello es importante que sean tomados en cuenta”, recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Granados, enfatiz\u00f3 que en este sexenio la creatividad del empresario ha sido mucha, pues a logrado aumentar el salario m\u00ednimo, al fondo de pensiones, vacaciones, sin embargo est\u00e1 nueva modificaci\u00f3n debe esperar un poco.<\/p>\n
