Un accidente de funestas consecuencias en el libramiento poniente est\u00e1 latente, luego de que diariamente circulan 6 mil veh\u00edculos, de los cu\u00e1les un porcentaje importante transportan materiales peligrosos que ponen en\u00a0 riesgo de ir a parar al sistema lagunario.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Al respecto, el ex Presidente del Consejo Ciudadano del Agua del Estuario del R\u00edo P\u00e1nuco(Cocaerp) Jos\u00e9 Luis Le\u00f3n Hurtado, detall\u00f3 que la r\u00faa de cuota que est\u00e1 trazada por una parte del vaso de captaci\u00f3n sigue representando un serio peligro, ya que la empresa concesionaria no tiene un protocolo de acci\u00f3n para atender un posible derrame de l\u00edquidos t\u00f3xicos, en caso de accidentarse una unidad de estas caracter\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Indic\u00f3 que, adem\u00e1s, por esa carretera de cuota transitan camiones quinta rueda a altas velocidades, lo que es otro factor latente que podr\u00eda incidir en una volcadura y derrame de materiales t\u00f3xicos.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“El libramiento no deja de ser una amenaza para el sistema lagunario, pues de caer una pipa con residuos peligrosos contaminar\u00eda el agua que a diario tomamos del Chairel” resalt\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Le\u00f3n, dej\u00f3 en claro que hace falta se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n a lo largo de la carretera de peaje, topes en alg\u00fanos tramos y sobre todo preocupaci\u00f3n de qui\u00e9nes conducen esa clase de unidades al momento que transitan cerca del vaso de capacitaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n

“De por si tenemos poca Agua y ahora con un derrame de producto t\u00f3xico al sistema lagunario, acabar\u00eda con el abasto hacia la poblaci\u00f3n”, detall\u00f3<\/p>\n

El ex Presidente de Cocaerp subray\u00f3 que en puro proyecto ha quedado la necesidad de recomponer algunos tramos del libramiento poniente, sobre todo en las curvas, donde hist\u00f3ricamente se han suscitado un n\u00famero importante de accidentes relacionados con unidades de transporte pesadas y veh\u00edculos particulares.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
