{"id":48940,"date":"2024-02-07T23:20:47","date_gmt":"2024-02-08T05:20:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=48940"},"modified":"2024-02-07T23:20:47","modified_gmt":"2024-02-08T05:20:47","slug":"iniciativas-de-lopez-obrador-deberan-pasar-por-todos-los-tramites-legislativos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/02\/07\/iniciativas-de-lopez-obrador-deberan-pasar-por-todos-los-tramites-legislativos\/","title":{"rendered":"INICIATIVAS DE L\u00d3PEZ OBRADOR DEBER\u00c1N PASAR POR TODOS LOS TR\u00c1MITES LEGISLATIVOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Incluidas Las 2\/3 Partes Que Requieren Del Congreso Para Ser Avaladas<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para que las 20 iniciativas presentadas por el Presidente de M\u00e9xico el pasado 5 de Febrero sean avaladas por la c\u00e1mara baja, debe transitar por los debidos tr\u00e1mites legislativos, y cumplir parlamentos con sectores y organismos de la sociedad, advirti\u00f3 la legisladora porte\u00f1a, Rosa Mar\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez Azc\u00e1rraga.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La diputada federal panista extern\u00f3 que las 2 leyes secundarias y 18 reformas constitucionales &#8220;primero deben ser presentadas en el pleno, luego ser turnadas a las respectivas comisiones para su valoraci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis, pero tambi\u00e9n que se haga parlamento con los organismos y sectores de la poblaci\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que, adem\u00e1s, dichas iniciativas deben ser votadas por dos terceras partes del Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n para que sean avaladas, y que puedan entrar en vigor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gonz\u00e1lez, enfatiz\u00f3 que el pretender reformar al Poder Judicial, es un tema que trastoca ampliamente la divisi\u00f3n de poderes y deja en claro que al Presidente de M\u00e9xico &#8220;se est\u00e1 metiendo con los poderes de la Uni\u00f3n, y uno de ellos es el Legislativo&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que s\u00ed es necesario llevar a cabo una reforma electoral donde se toque el tema de la disminuci\u00f3n en el n\u00famero de diputados federales, empero tambi\u00e9n es vital que las minor\u00edas siempre est\u00e9n representadas para que exista un equilibrio o contrapesos en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remarc\u00f3 que llama la atenci\u00f3n que el mandatario mexicano haya esperado al 2024, al ser electoral, para dar a conocer dicho paquete de iniciativas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Qu\u00e9 bien sabe que no le dar\u00e1 tiempo para que sean aprobadas, al ser el \u00faltimo periodo de sesiones de esta legislatura&#8221;, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Incluidas Las 2\/3 Partes Que Requieren Del Congreso Para Ser Avaladas &nbsp;
