{"id":48821,"date":"2024-02-01T21:49:09","date_gmt":"2024-02-02T03:49:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=48821"},"modified":"2024-02-01T21:49:09","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T03:49:09","slug":"impactan-bajas-ventas-a-vendedores-de-materiales-para-la-construccion-del-sur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2024\/02\/01\/impactan-bajas-ventas-a-vendedores-de-materiales-para-la-construccion-del-sur\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPACTAN BAJAS VENTAS A VENDEDORES DE MATERIALES PARA LA CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N DEL SUR"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Los Ingresos Cayeron Un 20% Desde El Comienzo Del 2024<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las ventas en el sector de materiales para la construcci\u00f3n se cayeron m\u00e1s del 20% desde a fines de diciembre y todo el mes de enero, por la llamada cuesta de enero y por el incremento en el precio del cemento y la varilla.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, el comerciante de este giro, Sergio Ram\u00edrez Bautista, expres\u00f3 que estos insumos para la construcci\u00f3n y otros m\u00e1s, han tenido un incremento, situaci\u00f3n que impacta en las ventas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remarc\u00f3 que los ingresos por ventas cayeron poco m\u00e1s del 20% en casi un mes, situaci\u00f3n que esperan, dijo, que sea pasajera y que en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas se pueda normalizar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El empresario y due\u00f1o de materiales &#8220;Ram\u00edrez&#8221; dijo que el precio del saco de cemento hoy cuesta casi 300 pesos, cuando apenas en el \u00faltimo trimestre del 2023 ten\u00eda un precio de 270 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;De los \u00faltimos tres meses del a\u00f1o pasado a la fecha el precio del saco de cemento se increment\u00f3 poco m\u00e1s de 30 pesos y la varilla 15 pesos m\u00e1s su costo&#8221;, remarc\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Coment\u00f3 que el sector de la construcci\u00f3n, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, ha sido muy castigado por los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno al haber poca obra p\u00fablica, que al final impacta en los negocios dedicados a este giro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Solo nos queda aguantar un poco las bajas ventas y evitar el despido de empleados, que es otro de los aspectos que nos preocupa al sector de la construcci\u00f3n&#8221;, Acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Los Ingresos Cayeron Un 20% Desde El Comienzo Del 2024 &nbsp;
