Lo anterior, es posible gracias al compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n del alcalde Dr. Armando Mart\u00ednez Manr\u00edquez, quien ha promovido proyectos clave de infraestructura urbana, generando con ello confianza en los inversionistas para la expansi\u00f3n de negocios en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ambos proyectos, ubicados en el Km 12.5 de la Carretera Tampico-Mante, en la colonia Tampico-Altamira, representan una inversi\u00f3n de hasta 35 millones de pesos, con la proyecci\u00f3n de generar 85 empleos directos y m\u00e1s de 300 empleos indirectos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se destaca que, en lo que respecta a Carl\u2019s Jr, reconocida franquicia internacional de hamburguesas, inaugurar\u00e1 su nuevo restaurante en la ciudad el pr\u00f3ximo 1ero de junio. Este establecimiento ofrecer\u00e1 capacidad para 200 comensales, \u00e1rea de juegos infantiles, drive-thru y servicio a domicilio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Dairy Queen, una de las cadenas de helados m\u00e1s grandes del mundo, abrir\u00e1 su segunda sucursal en Altamira y la novena en la zona metropolitana del sur de Tamaulipas ese mismo 1ero de Junio.
