Debido al alto consumo de alimentos altos en grasas, as\u00ed como alcohol, bebidas endulzantes y comida que tuvieron durante el mes de diciembre, aunado a que no se lleva una dieta alimenticia y fomentan una vida sedentaria, se prev\u00e9 un alza del 10 por ciento de nuevos casos de diab\u00e9ticos a partir de este mes.<\/p>\n

Carlos Arturo Ju\u00e1rez del Angel, Jefe de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Sanitaria No. 12 en Altamira, inform\u00f3 que en el a\u00f1o 2023 fueron 93 nuevos casos de diabetes entre la poblaci\u00f3n que acudieron a los 22 centros de salud que conforman dicha \u00e1rea que incluye tambi\u00e9n Aldama y Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n

\u201cHist\u00f3ricamente vemos un incremento de enfermedades cr\u00f3nico degenerativas al inicio de cada a\u00f1o y los que ocupan el primer lugar es por la diabetes, siendo nuevos casos\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El funcionario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que primero viene la obesidad y posteriormente la tendencia es la aparici\u00f3n de esta enfermedad y por ello el m\u00e9dico recomienda que es importante el consumo de alimentos sanos.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo el Dr. Ju\u00e1rez del Angel, pidi\u00f3 a los enfermos por diabetes cuidar su dieta, pero sobre todo evitar consumir carbohidratos, bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas y otros alimentos que perjudique a su estado de salud.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
