El proyecto de liberaci\u00f3n vial de la calle H\u00e9roe de Nacozari, en la zona de los mercados, fue un fracaso, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el edil y presidente de la comisi\u00f3n de mercados en el cabildo, Alberto S\u00e1nchez Neri, al abundar que locatarios aprovecharon las fiestas decembrinas para volver a invadir banquetas de esa arteria, adem\u00e1s de dejar que regrese el caos vial en dicho sector.<\/p>\n

Manifest\u00f3 que poco o nada sirvi\u00f3 que el a\u00f1o pasado se haya implementado un operativo para ubicar a locatarios, que por muchos a\u00f1os se han extendido m\u00e1s de lo debido, propiciando invasi\u00f3n de banquetas y estacionando sus unidades de carga a lo largo de esa calle que comunica a la colonia Morelos y el mercado la Puntilla con el \u00e1rea de los centros de abasto.<\/p>\n

Recalc\u00f3 que s\u00ed exist\u00eda la posibilidad de que el transporte p\u00fablico volviera a circular por esa vialidad, hoy pr\u00e1cticamente ya no es posible debido a que el aforo veh\u00edcular es tardado.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Enfatiz\u00f3 que una parte de esa culpa y el fracaso de ese proyecto de \u00f3rden vial se debe a que hace falta “mano dura” por parte del titular de la secretar\u00eda de tr\u00e1nsito y vialidad hacia sus elementos.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Abund\u00f3 que en las arterias aleda\u00f1as a la zona de los mercados, y particularmente en la calle H\u00e9roe de Nacozari, no hay elementos viales agilizando el tr\u00e1fico, y cuando se logra ser ubicados es porqu\u00e9 est\u00e1n distra\u00eddos y sin hacer la labor que les fue encomendada.<\/p>\n

El regidor de Morena sentenci\u00f3 que la idea de tener una vialidad mucho m\u00e1s \u00e1gil era buena, sin embargo la reticencia de un grupo de comerciantes del mercado Madero,\u00a0 en no querer ocupar sus reales espacios y el poco trabajo de los elementos de tr\u00e1nsito, al final provoc\u00f3 que el proyecto fallara.<\/p>\n

“Los \u00faltimos quince d\u00edas de Diciembre fue un caos el \u00e1rea de los mercados, la calle Nacozari y sus banquetas fueron ocupadas de nueva cuenta por los locatarios que insisten en invadir banquetas y parte de la arteria, y por eso puedo decir que el proyecto de liberar esa vialidad fue un rotundo fracaso”, recalc\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
